i had a comprehensive and constructive review written, one that i believe could be helpful; unfortunately it did not meet the 800-character guideline. Rather than try and contact me about the problems I have with their product, the company chose to delete my review. The TV operating system is terribly problematic (I've been able to find online commentary that it is just Samsung's technology). It requires a system restart every week or so. As noted in the title, those of use living in real world simply don't have time for that nonsense. My inexpensive Roku TVs work much better. The remote design is illogical too, for what it's worth.

We have eight people in our family and it's used for all types of things and our children haven't had one complain about it even our grown children and we have six. During the pandemic, I caved in. Because I had a Samsung phone, I decided to keep it in the family. OMG!! what a difference! I am able to view all off my apps. the clarity, the sound, the options are endless. I have had this TV for approximately 5 months and am pretty sure that there are a lot more this can do. I love that I can turn it on and off. I love that I can play my spodify even when I am not home. I have set it to go on and off at random times when I am away. And eve switch from Facebook to CNN! Love it and can't wait to get another one for my living room!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this 55 inch Samsung TV to replace the one in my bedroom that went out that was a sharp! The picture is great however the sound is terrible. No matter what I do it doesn't adjust or stay at a normal level. You have to turn it up extremely loud just to get a normal volume? I've tried to settings can't find anything to control the volume. The size is great, the picture is very good although it puts off a lot of heat which is a negative not sure if I would recommend this or anybody that doesn't have air flowing through to keep the TV cooled off otherwise it will heat your room up from the heat coming from the screen

My opinion, it's the #1 brand for quality, longevity, performance, affordability, and compatibility. I've connected my laptop and my phone to it and it's so easy! Love it. A+!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Samsung TU700D is a TV that comes with pretty solid build quality if you consider that we are talking about the lowest cost per 55" Samsung offering this year and certainly is not giving away its budget nature when you first look at it. Audio quality is good, but really needs the Samsung sound bar for best audio visuals. We love the remote design and functionality, simple to use, and it will get the job done just fine for the price you pay. If you are looking for an extremely low budget, affordable TV point of view then the Samsung TU7000 is an excellent model that can offer you many hours of casual viewing pleasure either for streaming, broadcasting or gaming.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's a great TV for our living room and its color accuracy is very good and is clear enough to see with indirect sunlight reflecting off of it. Haven't had any issues with the TV. The one thing I would improve on is the software which can make the TV feel a bit slow, but if you're using external smart hardware you'll be fine.
