this has a nice crisp picture on 4k content and helps alot of standard def look great as well but the hdr is a little lack of detail as it goes to dark in that aspect a dolby vision would be better as it gets brighter would be nice a firmware upgrade in the future is possible to include dolby vision if possible but still a nice picture..took some getting used to on the remote its not that bad of a lag as others have said in my experience at least if it gets loaded down while doing other processes it lags a bit and upgrading the firmware in the beginning was iffy because not enough storage space but i used a flash drive and downloaded it from a pc and installed fine that way...but overall im satisfied with my product

Samsung is aware of the problem, and a new firmware update will be released soon to address this issue. Using your TV's remote, navigate to Settings, and select Support. Availability to Download Apps
the shows i normally watch look so much more clear and brighter with this tv. i appreciate the availability to download a variety of different apps, especially the xfinity stream app. being able to download the xfinity app gives me the chance to save money because now i don't have to pay for a cable box in my room anymore.
Great TV

Sometimes the apps are slow to switch between but much faster than my old tv. The SmartThings app seems not needed. Overall highly recommend this!
Not bad for the price, but no Hulu App
the image quality is good for the price. the overall experience is good. but we mostly use streaming services. i had a 42" samsung before, that didn't have the hulu app available. we bough this one because it had the app logo in the box, instead of other brand of similar quality and price. for our surprise, it had almost all the apps we use, except hulu. we have the app on our phones and tables and we can stream it to the tv, but the whole idea on buying this tv was not having to do that. other than that, i wish it had some analog connection for dvd players and audio receivers. it only has 2 hdmi and one audio (optical) 1 usb port and one lan port.

I am very sorry to hear that you are not able to find the Hulu app. First, please make sure you are running the latest firmware version (ver 1401.7) Software updates are regularly released for Samsung products. If possible, you should always update to the latest version to make sure that your device is the best it can possibly be. You can check to see what software version your TV is using and if there is an available update through the settings on your TV. Go to Settings>Support>Software Update Both the current version and new version number will be displayed. The current version is what your TV is using and the new version is the latest update. New updates will be downloaded and installed on your TV. Updates usually take a few minutes; please do not turn off the TV until the update is complete. When the update is finished, the TV will restart automatically. If there aren't any new updates, select OK to exit. You may want to enable automatic updates for convenience by selecting > Auto Update. If your app is not available on the home screen, you can search for it and install it. - Press Home, then select the Apps icon - Navigate to the top and select the Search icon (magnifying glass) - Type Hulu in the search bar and install the app Note: You may need to cold reboot the TV for Hulu to load this version (5.3.262) To cold reboot the TV: While the TV is on, press and hold the power button on the remote until the TV turns off and then back on. Great Purchase

Samsungs TVs are just so much more consistent and reliable. The picture is phenomenonal. It connects to my samsung note 20 perfectly and the motion jutter reduction is very impressive.
Glitchy
this tv hasn't worked well at all and i've only had it for 2 weeks. expected a brand new tv to work amazing for at least that amount of time. periodically won't load my apps, like hulu for example, and makes me reset my tv in order to get any of them to work, which in turn makes me have to re-enter all my info. shuts off randomly and wont turn back on for 10 min. screen flickers on certain apps/channels and wont ever go away. the color of everything on the screen turned green for a whole day, nothing fixed it until it just stopped the next day. the list goes on and on, definitely disappointed.
Sydney, I am sorry that you experienced multiple issues with your TU7000 4K Smart TV. If your TV has recently auto-updated its firmware, several of these issues should have been fixed (i.e., the color glitch your experienced). After the update is installed the TV will shut down and restart. Once the TV restarts, press and hold the Power button until the TV turns off and back on. If your TV is still flickering or dimming sporadically, you may need to disable some of the energy efficiency features. Disable Ambient Light Detection, Power Saving Mode, Motion Lighting, or Contrast Enhancer. Settings > General> Eco Solution> Ambient Light Detection Settings > General> Eco Solution> Power Saving Mode Settings > General> Eco Solution> Motion Lighting Settings > Picture > Expert Settings > Contrast Enhancer Run Picture Test. When the tested image quality is normal, check the signal of the connected device. Settings > Support > Device Care > Self Diagnosis > Picture Test I hope this helps to solve your concerns. TU7000 is a great tv

Software is updated regularly. Picture quality is great. It works well with the Samsung sound bar. Great TV for the price.
