[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] since day 1 I have had nothing but issues with this tv. out of the box, I updated firmware. streaming services lock and freeze, tv loses internet connection, and tech support not able to resolve issues. I ended up having to buy a streaming stick to watch live tv since the HULU on the tv can't support the streaming speed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is by far the best and probably the best of the best best TV's me and my family have ever owned. This is the first Samsung TV we own and that is all we buy now. It is quick, simple, useful and full of features.

the picture on this tv is great. the slim bezel looks amazing too! the reason for the 3 stars is the smart application set up, it isnt the easiest to use. the remote is slim and comfortable to hold but for me, the main use of the tv is in the smart tv set up and the buttons on the remote for the smart apps isnt as convenient. although i really like the tv and the picture, some of the main uses for the tv just isnt so convenient.

It's even more awesome when we watched the horror movie Friday the 13th we saw little detail we had not seen before you know with regular television.

The smart aspect of the features work real easy. Even my 6 year old is able to change to different apps. I would recommend to all.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was the easiest television to setup. The picture and sound is outstanding. Being able to control it by Alexa and my phone is a plus. Access to the apps is easy and easy to setup and configure. I could not ask for a better television. Samsung provides outstanding products as we have a bunch and never have problems with any. We have 3 Samsung tv's now, tablets, phones, and watches. The products are very affordable and great quality I would recommend them to anyone as I have to all my friends. As a disabled veteran I look for the best and I have got it with Samsung televisions.

I can easily switch from TV to gaming and even watch pictures or videos from my phone or computer. The only drawback was the backlight let's were non functional straight out of the box.

I now prefer watching football games at home, as my tv delivers the best picture and sound I have seen so far - it almost feels like I'm at the stadium! The 4k aspect makes the color stand out from anything I have owned before, from the uniforms to blades of grass. I love watching it during the daytime at night or with any lighting conditions because it still looks perfect. It's easy to connect to it via my mobile device a Samsung ultra s22 5G. In addition, it has all the apps I need including HBO Max, and you tube! It's easy to use has an easy remote and is the best smart TV on the market for the price.
