Looks greats but has some issues.

i've had my tv for about a month now. good- picture quality is great, easy to figure out and use, wide range of apps available to download. bad -within first 3 days tv wouldnt pick up wifi signal so i had to reboot entire tv (re-sign-in to all apps) just to reconnect. hasnt happened since. -hdr constantly malfunctions while playing playstation 4 video games (picture becomes extremely sharp impossible to even see whats going on), - tv sometimes has hard time picking up hdmi signals (sometimes have to turn my cable box on and off to get the tv to pick up the signal) -randomly switches between apps when first starting up (will open youtube & quickly switch to another app before finally going to the app i selected on the control)

ehhh: Thank you for purchasing the Samsung TU7000 TV and for your review. I am very sorry you are experiencing WiFi connection issues. A recent firmware update is available which may help improve your connection. (1420.0 released on 1/5/21) Using your TV's remote, navigate to Settings, and select Support. Select Software Update, and then select Update Now. New updates will be downloaded and installed on your TV. Updates usually take a few minutes; please do not turn off the TV until the update is complete. When the update is finished, the TV will restart automatically. You may also want to enable automatic updates for future convenience. Select Settings > Support > Software Update, then select Auto Update. Additionally, your TV has several self-diagnosis tools built in that can help solve problems with signal, network, picture, or sound. Go to Settings > Support> Device Care > Start Device Care You may also want to clear out your TV's temporary storage space by pressing and holding the Power button for 6 seconds until your TV turns off and back on again. Great for everything!

This product has great features

Also playing my video games on it and i like the fact that i can sync it with my cell phone. Galaxy S22 ultra and transfer anything from my phone to the TV. I recommend this TV 1000% it's the best purchase i made in a long time.

Great Smart TV experience

It works great with all of the apps I subscribe to, & I would definitely purchase it again or recommend it to anyone. I have two Samsung TV, & they're both great. Pheonominal Smart TV for the price

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this TV to hang in our bedroom to watch various shows, games, and stream. We upgraded from a small 32 inch smart tv that was super slow compared to this model. The Samsung model has great response to the unputs form the remote, and has very good streaming. We have fiber internet and we never have an issue streaming anything in HD. The speakers are really good as well, I will not need to buy any sound bar. I can hear over a box fan and the volume is not even at 30 yet. My only complaint is that the sleep timer is too deep in the menu settings, and I wish there was a way to do shortcuts. Overall, I would buy three more if I needed them.

Perfect for us!

Too dark...no backlight controls.

Bought this last week. Background is so dark that it cannot be watched except in darkest room even with maximum brightness and everything reset as per Samsung recommendations. Backlight controls have been removed by Samsung so cannot fix. Samsung help line says its the fault of the TV producers who make movies and shows too dark. Taking it back, getting different manufacturer.

Excellent picture

This was an upgrade for sure

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just started using this model as an upgrade to my urgent tv. The colors are vivid, it was able to attach to my current wall mount, sound is great, love the addition of Bluetooth tech, thought it was 120hz, which is the purpose I bought it, but it's only 120 true motion 60 hz which with my Xbox one series x, I wanted to see the new refresh rate, but at a good deal I'm going to keep it. Samsung always is a true, stand up brand, always.

Beautiful picture
