The features like the apps (YouTube, Netflix, PrimeVideo, HBOMax, Spotify) is great. It has an amazing 4K viewing experience with great picture detail. The speakers are great with Dolby enabled giving it that extra sound experience, unlike other TVs. I love the remote and it's got some smart keys on it at the click of a button. The USB and HDMI slots at the back are useful if you want to connect to any media devices, gaming consoles, and HD devices. The button at the bottom of the TV is quite useful if you can't find your remote and want to do something on the TV you could use the button. I like how you can connect Bluetooth devices for audio on the TV if you want to connect headphones to listen by yourself. Overall, an excellent product by Samsung again. It ticks all boxes in features, pictures, sound, viewing experience, friendly UI & installation.

shortly after the warranty expired so did the tv. cuts off and on every few seconds. can't stop that from happening without unplugging the tv. useless now. went through all the troubleshooting steps and online tricks. just not working. have to buy a new one not sure it will be a samsung product.

ww bought the samsung 75” crystal last month for our den, it was easy to set up, and the picture quality is absolutely amazing!! crisp vibrant picture which seems to really draw you into whatever program you are watching. i was impressed with the sound as well, it has a great sound design . we had a 70” vizo before this purchase. this samsung definitely has a superior picture and sound quality. the remote is well laid out with a user friendly design. loads of features you can customize!! would totally buy this again, a great set at a very reasonable price!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love that the Samsung remote programs to cable service equipment. We have used it to controll our xfinity cable equipment. If I had any negative comments, it would be that there is not enough hdmi inputs. Picture is ok, it don't look like the store display, that's the reason for the 4 stars. I also feel like the more I need to type in this review the more negative it will get, so to have a minimum number of characters is a bit daunting and redundant.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Set up was very easy, the picture off of a portable antenna is super. I have noticed the color detail and depth and detail sharpness is better than I had hoped. I recommend Samsung TV's as of the best values on the market.

i wanted a large tv as my eyesight has gotten fuzzy over the years. the price and the brand were my deciding factors. hanging the tv on the wall opened a ton of space in my living room compared to my old entertainment stand. the picture and sound quality are nice. i use the fiber optic audio with my home stereo system and enjoy theater quality veiwing. samsung made a great product and i am happy to have gotten it.

It automatically switches over to game mode when I hop on my console, it even added my console as a device into the tv as an application and I can control it through the tv with my remote, it's awesome! The picture display is great, customization for this is quite variable too! And the sound, even without the sound bar just the basic tv audio itself it's awesome! My fair it's thing however is how I have access to Samsung TV with over 100 free channels, it's great!!!
