Wonderful TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just got this TV. My mom ended up getting the same one for her living room. I have no issues with any of the functions but she finds the remote is hard to work with. But all in all, very impressed with the sound and picture!

Great all round TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall a great TV for the price. Picture quality is brilliant. Loads of apps such as Netflix, Disney+, Hulu, Peacock, Amazon, Apple TV etc. Plenty of ports for all your devices and easy to navigate. Would highly recommend.

Love My Samsung TV

I Love being able to link my phone and tv's together and being able to watch what is on my phone on my tv's. The picture quality and sound are the best I have seen. Would not trade them for any other tv out there.

Great picture

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Use it for streaming , movies and extended shows. Not enough characters to achieve the maximum allotment. The picture is clean and crisp but on some shows is very dark even when you try to lighten it up. The sound is low until you raise the level very high. Need to get a sound bar I guess.

Amazing picture quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I enjoy my 60 inch Samsung Crystal UHD 4K smart tv for such an amazing experience while gaming on my ps4. It is unreal the quality of graphics shown. I also enjoy being able to watch videos directly from my Galaxy S21+ phone.

Zero Stars - selling known faulty feature

samsung is selling a tv with a known function issue that dims entire dark scenes. i don't understand why i would not want to see the details. i want to watch the whole movie and not just the light parts. i texted with support and was told "i've checked my resources and see that the tv model that you're referring to has frame dimming technology so whenever a dark frame appears it dims the entire frame instead of that particular area. this is normal functioning with this model tv." it is a known issue but samsung hasn't push some type of update that allows us to shut it off or quit selling a faulty tv. i can't enjoy some of my favorite shows with dark scenes and have watched on my phone. pointless to have 65" tv if it doesnt work. please fix this with an update or quit selling.

Disappointed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was my first experience in purchasing a Samsung TV. It was the 55 inch tv and I had it for a year and 1/2. Last week it died. I couldn't believe that after only a year and 1/2 it no longer worked. I always purchased another brand and had no problem with them dying. Only replacing when new technology came out. This will be the last time I purchase a Samsung TV.

This product is very easy to use with your phone

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am a fan of this product not only it's design but the actual operating system it runs on is very well made. It's is very easy to navigate around this operating system with your phone. As well as this I learnt I could pair this smart TV with my Amazon Alexa and it makes it even easier to use. I mainly use it to turn on the tv and to adjust the volume.

Easy to operate

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Can't honestly say I would buy the same model again. Although it was easy to set up and had a fast turn on time, the real disappointment was the factory picture setting. The color was so red and it would not adjust for darker picture scenes. I spent a lot of time watching YouTube videos on how to correct the problem. I have 2 other sets, one a Sony and the other an LG. Both have much better picture quality.

Go to Home > Settings > Picture > Picture Mode and select the mode that best fits your usage: 1) Standard: Default mode suitable for general viewing environments. 2) Natural: Reduces eye strain for a comfortable viewing experience. 3) Movie: Suitable for watching TV or movies in a dark room. 4) Dynamic: Makes the picture brighter and clearer in bright viewing environments. 5) Filmmaker Mode: You can watch the source content (e.g., movie) as it is. Solid tv for avg person

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So I have the 7000 series wall mounted in my living room. After years of being my parents living room TV and anniversary present from me they bought a new qled Samsung and gave this one back to me. It has screen burn in from when they left a DVD menu up on the screen one night. Then I have a TU8300 curved 55 inch that I just bought and never watch that sits under my wall mounted one on a TV stand. It would look dumb being wall mounted since it's curved.
