even after reading the concerning reviews, i decided to move forward with this purchase because of my past, positive experiences with samsung products... a bad call on my part. 4 months after purchasing and something goes wrong with the display. i can't see a thing on the screen with the very dim lighting. adjusting the brightness did nothing at all. i had noticed other glitches in the 4 months prior, but chalked it up to an unstable wi-fi connection (which was not the case). i guess that was foreshadowing glitches to come.

Just got the 2141.2 software update and Samsung has done NOTHING to fix the problem with the Time. 1. The Time is off on some OTA channels by up to 6 min now. 2. If you set the Time to manual the Time now shows correct in the default guide but the OTA guide information is shifted 1 hr ahead. 3. When set to either Auto or Manual the Alternate Guide for the Samsung TV program Guide the Time is not correct but shifted forward 1 hr but the guide channel information is correct. The user interface is not as bad as some I have used, but not getting the Time right should be fundamental part of a TV and Guide.

It's so easy to use and they're are so many options you can choose from. I have other Samsung devices so it's perfect to be able to connect all of them. I liked it so much I purchased two TV's.

Honestly don't think there is anything negative I could say about this. I did notice my q90 TV was able to download the ABC app and this one didn't have it available so unsure there. But overall I am happy with it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's been 10 years since my last tv purchase. I have an old Sony XBR so this was definitely a step up. I'd wish it was a bit more brighter and vibrant all around. I'd also love if it was a bit more intuitive when turning on my gaming consoles. With my old tv, it would automatically turn on whenever I'd turn on a console and i would never have to touch the source button. However, I'm finding myself regularly having to select the appropriate source. Besides this. Everything is great!

Also, there are integration options that I can use with my Samsung Galaxy phone, which I really love! The TV responds very quickly, which I've had problems with other brands in the past. I like that when I click a button on the remote, the action is performed almost immediately

However, this TV has really bad sound quality, even though we have attempted to adjust it. We must turn the volume up higher than usual to be able to understand the dialog. It is not as clear as we are accustomed to from our previous Samsung TV. Could this just be a flaw in this particular model? We are disappointed with our purchase and it is too late to return it.

The remote that came with the TV is a breeze and because it's universal I was able to set my DVD player to it as well. The picture is breathtaking with such clarity and depth, and the colors are vivid. The sound is fantastic, with no need for a sound bar. I would and do recommend this TV. Almost as if we're apart of the movie. It definitely makes watching t.v a totally different experience. My kids get so excited when it's movie time. It's something that's easy to get lost in. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Set up was simple enough to get this in use pretty quick. I do love that it is so much easier to mirror from my phone with this tv. It can easily be used by itself without the need of other devices because it has apps already loaded on it. I was so surprised that it also had the sumsung channels on it as well so if you don't have an antenna, you can use the Samsung free channel and still enjoy watching TV and there are a lot of channels on it. The remote has premade buttons and it works with my firestick. There is a guide built in it, making it easy to see whats coming on next. This is a very nice smart tv to have as an upgrade. I would recommend this tv!
