[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was extremely impressed with the picture and features on this TV, so much so, that I purchased a second unit for my Garage. Very sharp and high resolution with great color rendition. Very intuitive navigation software is easy to use and packed with great features. The initial setup routine prompts guide you through the startup-configuration process seamlesy. The setup took less than 10 minutes and automatically downloaded and installed the available firmware updates. I use both of these TV/Monitors with multiple inputs: Digital Antenna (Local TV Channels); HDMI - Blu Ray Input; Ethernet Internet (Hardwired) Streaming; HDMI-PC Input; USB - External Hard Drive Access and even Wi-Fi - for Streaming from my Smartphone - all function flawlessly. The exceptional Input Reception Sensitivity for the integral Digital TV Tuner allows me to receive Air Channels which my older TV would not display due to low threshold signal strength. The free Samsung Digital TV Channels offer very good program content and is an added Plus. This TV affords a lot of "Bang" for your "Buck" and outperforms many higher-priced TV's and is a cut above many Competitors' models based on my research. One thing that I wish Samsung would offer is a provision for storing an electronic copy of the comprehensive version of the User Guide directly on the TV proper (I use the USB-Connected External Hard Drive to view my downloaded copy of the User Guide for ready-reference). GET ONE OF THESE TV's!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Streaming It's a nice TV, my 2 complaints are getting it to update, won't do it and it can be a little slow responding to the remote. Great picture, good size, we actually have 2 of the same model. 1 in the living room, 1 in the master bedroom.

The picture is great very nice contrast. The sound quality is very good too. We liked it so much we bought the 65” model for the Master bedroom.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use the TV mainly for streaming and video games, the HDR option is a must have and 4k and FPS is fantastic for such a TV i play high quality video games that require a lot of graphics and the speakers are also pretty cool it can even give you a 3d like sound! The only downside I'd say is one, the controller has too many buttons should be more slick and simple, also the menu is a bit too chunky ( too much going on within the quick apps) and the interface of hovering from app to app icon is laggy/not consistant

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] You can't beat this TV for this price. Great picture quality and full of Smart TV features. Only 2 USB ports so if you need to connect more devices via USB, you may want to take this into consideration.

Love the color but you have to raise the volume to the max. Tech came said no problem with tv. Unfortunately I am returning it, keeping the volume between 80 to 100 will wind up blowing the speakers in the tv. I have 3 Samsung tv no problem with the sound on older sets. Very disappointed.

I had this TV for about 3 years shortest life of any Samsung product I've ever owned and it just died one day. Black screen tried everything I could think of to get to work again with no luck. This is the only reason for 4 stars.

i chose this tv as a replacement for a vizio that i had bought just two months earlier. it took forever to register commands from the remote and kept losing wifi connection. i have been very satisfied with this samsung. it has great picture quality, good sound, responds quickly, and i've had zero issues with the wifi connection. one of my complaints about 4k tvs is how dark some shows are, but switching to "movie" mode solved this problem. only thing i wish it would do, but doesn't, is allow me to rearrange or remove apps from the list, so that the ones i use daily are at the beginning of the list, saving me scrolling. i would definitely recommend to friends and family.
