The Samsung TV Plus channels are great. The picture quality is exactly as advertised. If 30 years ago I was told this is what TV would evolve into I wouldn't have believed that it would happen in my lifetime.

samsung is selling a tv with a known function issue that dims entire dark scenes. i don't understand why i would not want to see the details. i want to watch the whole movie and not just the light parts. i texted with support and was told "i've checked my resources and see that the tv model that you're referring to has frame dimming technology so whenever a dark frame appears it dims the entire frame instead of that particular area. this is normal functioning with this model tv." it is a known issue but samsung hasn't push some type of update that allows us to shut it off or quit selling a faulty tv. i can't enjoy some of my favorite shows with dark scenes and have watched on my phone. pointless to have 65" tv if it doesnt work. please fix this with an update or quit selling.

You don't have to be a electronic expert to work these beautiful televisions. The picture is so crystal clear and the colors are just right. We bought this TV during Boxing Day sales in December 2022. It was our first Boxing Day purchase. We used to have an old Sony tube TV, that was a heavy piece of furniture, and we got rid of it when we moved to our new Condo. We bought the Samsung and have been thrilled with the picture, the sound, the quality and best of all, the price. We are not techies, but have managed to figure out how to get the few Bell channels that we have signed-up for. All is great with this new TV.

We thought that the old one worked well enough, but we are so glad we decided to purchase this new Samsung Smart TV. Setup couldn't have been easier. I love the way it fits our space. I had some concerns before it arrived but once set up, It looks perfect! The picture is crisp and clear and we were impressed with all of the pre-installed apps. Another nice surprise was the Samsung free channels. Voice control works perfectly. We are very happy with are purchase and have already recommended it to friends/family

The clarity of the picture makes it great for business purposes and also to allow me to relax and watch videos. The thing that I like most about this TV is having AppleTV built in. That is a game changer! Additionally, I love being able to add my other services such as Disney+ and HBO Max. No set top box and a very clean installation. My next phone will definitely be a Samsung.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I mainly use the TV for streaming and occasionally for OTA programming. The wireless connection to my home WiFi is good. I like the sound. Even though I have external speakers, many times the TV's sound is better. The picture quality is good and the finish is as expected from a Samsung product. I don't like much The smart TV functions, the menu is not very intuitive and sometimes is slow. The remote control is one of the worst I've ever used. It's cluttered, confusing and the round design of the bottom makes it hard to grab and unstable in flat surfaces.

Love the feature of the many streaming apps that are available. The main plus for me is the ability to sync my air buds with this TV. It was chosen for its picture clarity. Overall I give this TV a ten plus plus.
