Not the best but good for the price. The menu is a bit slow, there seems to be some lag between when I press the remote buttons and when the action is executed which can be frustrating. The sound is a bit weak also. Sometimes I have to bump all the way to 30 or 40 level to be able to really enjoy the experience. Overall I am happy with it. It's not a premium product but then the price reflects it.

Overall, the TV is fantastic and a vast improvement over our previously loved Samsung TV that had grown outdated. The only issues I take with the TV are the occasional slow connection time at TV startup—it can take maybe 30 seconds to connect and will sometimes require turning the TV off/on. I will mention that we have occasional issues with internet on other devices throughout the home so I am not certain the issue is even with the TV (it likely is not). My only other complaint is that the remote feels like the buttons are really jammed together and it is not very easy to navigate, particularly in the dark. Obviously, if I dislike the remote so much I can always get an aftermarket remote to replace it. Lastly, for an overview of the positives; the picture is great, setup was easy, and I was shocked to find a bunch channels included for free on “Samsung TV Plus” (a nice bonus for sure). All of this for a great price point in my opinion. More than happy with my purchase and I will certainly look for a Samsung TV when this one needs replacing in another decade.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am pretty impressed with the 58” Samsung TU7000. It was very easy to set up right out of the box. Being able to hide the cords by running them down the stand really kept the area looking clean and neat. The colors are vibrant and the TV has a very life-like picture quality. The remote is awesome. The layout is easy to use. Having dedicated buttons for Apps like Netflix and Prime make it easy to watch shows. The TV reacts without lag to opening the apps which is very appealing. The TV also has a small bezel allowing more screen for viewing. Enjoying the Samsung TV

I watch my favourite YouTube Channels and Netflix But before that let me mention, as I have another Samsung product like Smartphone, it was VERY VERY easy to setup this TV using the App on my phone. I didnt need to setup network as well. Regarding features.. Smart features 1 that I already mentioned above, but apart from that, I love the Samsung TV Plus. It has helped me to get free minimum news channels like NBC, CBS, Bloomberg. There are many movies and music channels, but I didn't get time to spend on those. Another feature - I didnt need to invest in sound bar.. its volume suits my living room and I am very happy when I am watching different programs like news or movies or music videos on YT. I also use this to project my phone gallery and find best photos and videos using big screen... Overall it's great,, Truely SMART TV.

the remote control works more slowly than any tv we've ever had, to the point that we sometimes think it's not working at all. the response from the tv can take easily 30 seconds after we press and release a button on the remote. we're slowly learning to adjust our expectations, but wish we didn't have to accommodate the tv, rather than it accommodating us. the lack of a printed instruction manual is a huge inconvenience to us, since our computer is in the opposite end of the house, and to look at the manual we downloaded requires a long walk both ways, which is borderline unacceptable.

The picture quality is just unbelievably amazing and I can't even begin to explain what gaming is like. Everything on here is so detailed quality on everything. No issues since.

I figured it would fail to meet some of my expectations but it turned out to all work perfectly. No more need for an external AppleTV unit and everything works right away, all the time (DirecTV, Netflix, YouTube, Prime, device-projection, etc).

The smart features are intuitive and there are plenty of apps that are well integrated. Setting up the TV was very straight forward. The remote also works very well, simple and has plenty of reach. Actually looking at buying a second one to replace our 75".

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm late to the large flat screen TV world; I come from the old school of "If it ain't broke, don't replace or fix it". However, even though my old style TV still worked, I finally had to replace it because I was just no longer satisfied with how movies and shows looked on it, and I wanted to start streaming. So I bought my Samsung. It was easy and quick to install, and the quality of the picture and especially the sound (no I haven't installed a sound bar yet!) were excellent. I'm satisfied with it, and enjoy watching it. My only complaint is that if it's been a while since I watched a streaming show on it, (I mostly watch TV in my bedroom, not in the living room where I have the Samsung TV) I have to reconnect it to my wifi Internet, which is a hassle. It's happened several times now, and I wish it would just stay connected. That's the only reason I gave it 4 starts instead of 5.

I love that this offers: internet browsing, great free apps, expandable storage, built in game play and is able to be fully integrated into my smart home. Set up was really easy and customer support is easily accessible via help settings. The TV is formatted well and makes finding what you need/want to do is a breeze. This was my first Samsung and they made a lifetime customer!
