Great TV!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this tv. I already had a smart TV and it was a good size. It worked well except would have a glitch during gaming. I didn't think we could upgrade by much - but wow, this tv is so much better! The picture quality is excellent, when gaming I can see the words and colors much more clearly, and the glitch is gone! I love the size. It's really big, but not imposing. The sound quality is like a movie theater, but we can adjust it to fit whatever we're watching. I've noticed I can keep the volume lower than my last tv but can hear it fine. I have no complaints about this tv at all. Everything works smoothly and is high quality.

This product has great features.

This is my first Smart TV, so I have really enjoyed the features that come with it, such as accessibility to streaming apps as well as the ability to control it with the Smart Things app. I am very glad I went with Samsung for the TV, because I know that it will last me a long time.

Not working after 18 months…

2nd Samsungs that broke 18 months after purchase and out of warranty…. Bottom half of tv where the smart bar is stay dim about half the time. Did all of the trouble shooting on my own and with Samsung. They said the display is defective and the cost to have it serviced is more than the cost of the TV. This TV replaced another Samsung tv whose display also failed after less than 2 years. I have other older Samsung TVs that are still goin g strong after 8 years but it seems like quality of newer ones is less.

SAMSUNG QUALITY AND GREAT VALUE for THE PRICE !!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Superb 4k ressolution and pure color made this my choice for audio visual entertainment !! I view sporting events and streaming movies. The 4k resolution makes my BLUERAY dvds "POP" from the screen !! Multiple hdmi ,RCA and USB inputs allow easy connections. I would recommend this TV and all Samsung to my business associates , family and friends.

It has its pluses...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My three year old Sony died on me and I purchased this samsung on sale. I do like the picture quality as well as the enhanced features such as more interaction level through youtube than my last TV. However it is a little buggy as I stream HBO Max and it does not work on this TV. It worked fine on my last TV as well as through Roku but after repeated attempts with a number of different movies/shows it freezes up on this TV every time. I did google this issue and it appears that I am not alone.

Sparks: I am sorry that you are experiencing issues with your apps not functioning as expected. To optimize the smart TV performance, please try Device Care option under the Support Menu. Go to Settings > Support> Device Care > Start Device Care. This improves your apps performance as it frees up unused cached memory and closes background apps. I hope this helps. Should you need further assistance, please contact Samsung Customer Support. Check Wi-Fi connection The interface issue you are describing may be related to your network connection and quality. We suggest you try the following: 1. Use 5G Wi-Fi if possible 2. Try wired LAN if available 3. Try repositioning the router so there are no obstacles between your TV and the router Run F/W update We also recommend you check that your TV is running the latest firmware. Using your TV's remote, navigate to Settings, and select Support. Select Software Update, and then select Update Now. New updates will be downloaded and installed on your TV. Updates usually take a few minutes; please do not turn off the TV until the update is complete. When the update is finished, the TV will restart automatically. If there aren't any new updates, select OK to exit. You may want to enable automatic updates for conveniences. Select Settings- Support- Software Update, then select Auto Update. The face on my family as they walked in

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I mounted this beauty as soon as I got home, I wanted to surprise my family and ended up surprising myself as I turned on my new fresh out of the box 82" TU7000 Samsung Crystal UHD 4K Smart TV and for the first time in my life seen the amazing UHD, the mountains looked so real I couldn't help but stare at the landscape and feel like I was there in real life, my family actually walked in on me and started staring and sitting down to watch with me in amazement as they all said wow, we are extremely happy with our purchase.

Great product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Samsung TU7000 smart tv 2020 has everything I'm looking for and makes for an excellent tv, the picture is clear and crisp, and the design is super nice thin and slick, it's thin enough to mount on the wall and not stick out, it also has great sound. This tv is great for a gaming TV. Overall I'm extremely satisfied with the Samsung TU7000 I have zero complaints about this product, and I definitely recommend this TV to anyone looking for an excellent low cost TV with lots of great features.

Loving my new Samsung!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My favorite feature is being able to directly cast from my phone or ipad to the TV. Super simple to set up and use. Additionally, all the apps are easy to access and the remote is pretty intuitive when you try and navigate each one. I am contected directly with an ethernet cable to my router so there have been zero issues with my connection. Color is great as well. Only regret is that I didn't go BIGGER!!

Best picture I've seen yet.

Very nice, but...

nice tv. sharp picture. better sound than last tv. only issue i had was the remote is too small and has an awkward layout. cursor keys near the bottom? that means using 2 hands to use them. dvr keys were ar very bottom too. i decided to use dish remote because its bigger and everything worked great until i selected prime. the tv said the dish reciever was off. it wasnt. i eventually found the setting to turn off the smart device thing. now it all works great.
