It also is great for watching a video on that you have recorded on your phone. It gives you a bigger picture to see your kids big plays from the game.

My kids and I love to watch things like Jurassic Park and others and we feel like we're at the movie theater. I wasnt really looking for a tv this large, but with everything closed down, it was a great decision for me and my family. I am very happy that i made this purchase with Samsung!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the first 4K TV I've ever owned, or really ever seen, for that matter. Pros: The picture quality is amazing. It makes older movies a completely new experience. Mind blown. I can't imagine what 8K looks like, or why anyone would ever want anything better than 4K, after seeing this picture quality. It has lots of features, too. Easy to pair to a keyboard and mouse. The internet browser is even pretty good, actually. There are plenty of connections, for the average person. The sound isn't what you'd expect to come out of a hifi stereo. No TV will. However, as far as modern TVs go, the sound is as good or better than expected. It pairs nicely with my Samsung phone, too. Oh, did I mention how amazing the picture quality is?!?!? Cons: I've read this complaint several times, while I was researching to buy it. It was really the only recurring complaint I read. But, I decided to take a chance. How bad could it be... Well, it's real. The navigation through any menu is painful. It constantly pauses, causing you to overshoot your selection by repetitively trying to press a button to get it to do something. Then it will "catch up" with all your presses. Just so you can do it all over again to go back. Sometimes, it pauses for 10 seconds or more. But not usually but 0.5-1 second pauses (which is bad enough). Hopefully, they'll come out with a firmware update to fix this. I still don't regret buying it though. The price was in my range, for such a quality TV.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I loved the tv. Picture quality was beautiful and I decided to enhance it with LED lights and surround sounds. BUT out of nowhere, the screen went out, pitch black, and had to return it. I only had that tv for about a year.

Being able to make the tv be available to help from Samsung thru the internet has been a big help to make questions disappear as the Samsung techs have been very good in solving our concerns.

I was looking for a tv with the modern features at a reasonable price. When I found this tv I was quite surpassed by the markdown and assumed it may be flawed. But after reading other reviews I took the chance and bought the tv, the deal was too good to pass on. Boy was I glad, the tv has met all my needs and more. The smart tv features are awesome since I no longer use cable. The way the tv interacts with my phone and other electronics items is great. Samsung does really deliver on quality. I do recommend this product for people looking for a great tv at a great price. Maybe the deal is due to COVID-19, but it does not matter to me, I feel I got more than what I paid for.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After much research I decided to buy this TV as my first smart tv and after almost two months of usage I have to say I am quite satisfied with the features of this television. The thin sleek boundary makes it look very elegant. It has all the capabilities you would expect from of a smart television. It's internet browser is quite straight forward and easy to use because it has a mouse pointer. The display resolution, contrast and brightness are all amazing. There are only two reasons why I took a star off for my review. For some reason the TV cannot catch satellite signals. Nobody needs satellite channels these days but I was hoping to catch some local channels but I guess I can get an external antenna for that. Secondly if there's a light turned on in front of the screen then you would definitely see the glare, therefore, you would have to turn the lights off in front of the screen but I guess that is expected from a television in this price range. Nevertheless it effects the user experience. All in all its a great television and I hope to continue using it for many years to come.

I bought this TV in April 2020 and by August 2020 I already had a house call for technical support. They changed the LCD screen to a brand new one, however, 2 days later I experienced the flickering again .. Before buying this TV i had read the poor reviews but I wanted to give it a chance as its brand new. BIG mistake. The whole experience was terrible. The technicians that came to my house did NOT wear a mask and they were also very early for the appointment time i set up. I was out and planned my morning so that I would have enough time for me to be back in time for my booked appt. They were very early and i told them they are not supposed to be here, and they said yeah we were running ahead of time. I replied that they could have at least called, and completely disregarded it. I am overall very disappointed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We use our TV for leisure and streaming. My mom enjoys watching Youtube. The system makes it easy to navigate to other apps (Netflix, Hulu etc). The only complaints I have are that sometimes when we first turn on the TV, it lags. The remote also has way too many buttons. Other than that, completely satisficed.

My biggest critiques are: 1) every now and then the screen will blink, but it is very rare and is fixed after turning the tv off and on again. 2) sometimes the apps won't open, but this is easily fixed by holding the power button until the tv turns on again. Otherwise, I have no complaints about it. The picture is beautiful and I love looking at it!
