Easy to use Smart TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The TU7000 Crystal UHD 4K Smart TV is easy to set up and easily connects to your wifi. Once connected can download your most used apps and will save as shortcuts saving you time to watch what you want. Great picture for not only sports but for movies! Picture is so great that even the cat stops playing and watches with me!

Excellent Workmanship

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have everything I need with this TV. The features are simple and straight forward. Easy to use for the average tech knowledgeable user. This TV is basically a one stop shop whereas you don't really need to connect any external device other than a gaming system and possibly a cable box. The Game Mode feature is super awesome when it comes to playing my XBOX One X. I think I'll be going with Samsung for TV's from this point forward. Thank You Samsung!

Highly recommend

my wife got this for me for christmas and this is a great gift to get i highly recommend this product has great picture so clear and the colors are bright its perfect amot better then my 15 year old plasma i bought a samsung sound bar to go with it i am not to impressed with sound bar the sound bar just shuts off for no reason but it has nothing to do with the tv so cant give a negative review on the tv

This product is alright..

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am rating this product as 3 stars because, I haven't even had my tv for a year and it has already gone out. Supposedly it has a malfunction that many users have where the screen goes black and wont turn back on. I love Samsung but, the tv was a disappointment.. The worst part is that I will be out a tv for at least a month waiting on a replacement.

In the meantime, if you have not already, please try the below troubleshooting steps to possibly resolve the issue. 1. Press the Home button on the remote. If the menu appears, the TV is powered on but is either not on the correct source or not receiving a signal. If the menu does not appear, the TV may be having power issues. Check the red standby light, a little red light at the edge of the TV that you aim the remote at. In everyday use, the red standby light is on when the TV is off (indicating the TV is on standby), and the red standby light is off when the TV is in use (or doesn't have power). 2. Confirm the TV is set to the same source as the external device. For instance, if your cable box is connected to HDMI 1, set the TV source to HDMI 1. If the TV is set to the correct source but there is still no image, unplug and reconnect the AV connections one cable at a time from both ends of each cable. If there's any damage to the cable, it will need to be replaced. After you've reconnected the external device, could you turn it off and back on? 3. Test the HDMI cable. Some TVs have an HDMI cable test. Some models only have this test after a software update, and older models do not. If your model does not have this test or is not connected by HDMI, skip to the next step. The test is designed for HDMI cords less than 6 feet long and may not give accurate results on longer cords. To perform the test, make sure the TV's source is still on the HDMI setting for the cable you want to test, and then navigate to Settings > Support > Self Diagnosis > Signal Information > HDMI Cable Test > Start Test. If the test says, the cable is bad, replace the cable. Service is not required. 4. Test different external devices. The final thing to rule out is the external device you're using. Try connecting a different device or using a different source port. If the TV can display a picture in any other setup, then you've ruled the TV out as the cause of the issue. Keep trying various setups until you identify the device or cable that is not working and troubleshoot or replace it. If you need more help, Samsung is here for you. Great overall T.V. for the price.

Also can be controlled by phone , it work well with any phone but my Samsung galaxy s20 was super early to work with. Great value!

Good quality if there wasn't a bright spot

i've been a samsung tv owner for many years now, so i was excited to get another for a different room. unfortunately, there is a bright spot in the top middle part of the screen that never goes away! i looked up past reviews, and it looks like this is a common issue and not a defect that went into recall. sad the tv has this spot as the apps all work fine on it and it's user friendly.

Beautiful Image and Sleek Design

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This TV is mostly used for entertainment purposes only. It is in the living room and it is a way for the whole family to watch and stream movies/shows considering it's size. It doesnt look out of place or bulky thanks to its sleek design. The 4K resolution of the display along with the vibrant colors makes the experience absolutely entrancing. The UI isn't hard to navigate at all, very simple and straight forward to understand, everyone from the youngest to oldest in our family is able to use it. Sometimes it is used for gaming (online and offline), and the TV is rather responsive when inputting commands. We have yet to experience any issues. Overall great product for families.

Clarity is amazing!

Great TV, Great Value, and Great Quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently purchased this to replace my old tv, and it was incredibly easy to mount! The thin bezels on every side makes it look almost like a window, beautiful on my wall, and unlike most smart tv's, it's incredibly responsive to inputs, and it offers a beautiful UI. The picture quality is the best I've ever seen before on a tv that isn't absurdly expensive! Everything feels so smooth, and in a few years I'll gladly upgrade to another Samsung TV!

Fine TV, but too few HDMI ports, weak sound

Unfortunately, with the thin design, the sound quality is lacking...to the point of needing a soundbar. Then with that, only having two HDMI ports is a bother. Had I paid more attention to that before I bought the set (my fault!), I probably would have chosen a different brand or model.
