Great overall T.V. for the price.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It has deep color spectrum and crystal clear picture. It's easy to setup and menu is simple enough, has lot of apps. Also can be controlled by phone , it work well with any phone but my Samsung galaxy s20 was super early to work with. Great value!

Great TV !

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We use our tv for streaming our favorites. The kids love watching their movies on it . Picture quality and color are great on this tv! To my understanding there are higher levels of picture quality out there but for the price we paid , this tv has delivered without any disappointments! Would definitely purchase again or recommend this Samsung Crystal UHD 4K Smart TV.

Love the SMART in my TV!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love our Samsung, however some Apps don't load which results in reinstalling the app or resetting the tv. I would love to switch all of our TVs to Samsung but with inflation and medical circumstances its on hold until our income is steady. I also love the sleek design of the remote control which makes it easy to store away during family time.

This product extremely versatile

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I haven't had this tv for a long time, but it has served me quite well so far. It was at a surprisingly low price for the size and features that came with it, no other tv I can across compared in that aspect. Additionally, because of its high video quality and the fact that it supports 4k hdmi connection, it's a tv that will be able to keep up with other devices for a while.

Finally! A GREAT Smart TV!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the best TV I have ever owned! I already had a major brand smart television which was sizable but was starting to glitch. I am so happy I found the Samsung Crystal UHD TV! The reviews on this smart television were wonderful including the price point! The color schemes and resolution are out of this world! If it's family movie night, we feel as if we're in an actual theatre! The stereo sound makes you feel as if you're in the show! The smart features are an added bonus and will only add to the ease of use for this spectacular television! Did I mention the remote control? So, so many features without being overwhelming. I can just sit back with remote in hand and let the entertainment begin! In the end, I come back to the brand – Samsung. Samsung never disappoints!

Clarity is amazing!

The kids enjoy gaming out on the big screen, Dad enjoys the clarity for the big game and I enjoy streaming my Spotify directly to the TV for an afternoon cleaning session while jamming out.

It's "OK" I guess

the product worked ok out of the box. everyone that talks about how unresponsive or slow the remote is - spot on... worse i've had at lagging behind your remote clicks. also it's several times lost all connection with my wifi which my computers or phones have not, so i know there's nothing wrong with my wifi router. it's as if the tv just loses all idea that it was connected to wifi and starts over with setup. very annoying.... we'll see if and for how long it stays on and connected this time. i really don't like the way that the tv comes on with samsungtv crap - just want to be able to customize the buttons on startup and haven't found a way so far. the picture/color etc. - meh, it's ok too. maybe i can't expect much from a cheap tv, right?

Marlin: Thank you for purchasing the Samsung TU7000 TV and for your review. I am very sorry that you are experiencing Wi-Fi connection issues. You may want to go through these steps to check your network connection: 1) Check the distance between the TV and your modem or access point. The distance should not exceed 50 ft. (15.2 m). 2) Minimize interference by not using or turning off wireless devices. Also, verify that there are no obstacles between the TV and the modem or access point. (Wi-Fi strength can be decreased by appliances, cordless phones, stone walls/fireplaces, etc.) 3) Perform a network test to check if there is a network problem. Press the Home button on your remote. Navigate to Settings > Support > Device Care > Self Diagnosis> Smart Hub Connection Test 4) Try a cold reboot of your TV by pressing and holding the power button for 5+ seconds until the TV turns off and on again. 5) Please also be sure you have the latest firmware update. You may want to enable automatic updates for convenience. Select Settings > Support > Software Update, then select Auto Update. You may also want to optimize the smart TV performance and address your issue with remote response time. This service checks memory and frees up unused cached memory and closes background apps. Go to Settings > Support> Device Care > Start Device Care Lastly, you can choose what your TV does when you turn it on by going to Settings > General > Smart Features When you set Autorun Smart Hub to on, the TV displays the Home Screen automatically when you turn the TV on. If Autorun Last App is set to on, the last used app is automatically run when you turn on the TV. You can turn this function on or off. I hope this tip helps. Its Ok

i cant say there's anything that i love about this tv. i was used to the roku tcl that we had, and the ease of choosing an app or live tv. with this one, the remote doesnt let you click fast through anything, and if you try to, it skips way ahead. the tv turns on by itself almost every night which is incredibly annoying to have to go into the app and turn it off again. some of the apps make you use the phone app to stream to the tv when n the tcl that was never an issue.

Oooo: I'm sorry to hear your experience with Samsung's TU7000 TV has fallen short of your expectations. 1. Unplug the TV from the wall outlet or surge protector and leave it unplugged for 30 seconds. 2. Check the power cord to see if there is any visible damage. 3. Plug the TV power cord back into the wall outlet. If you were using a surge protector, bypass it for now and use a wall outlet. 4. Try to update the software. In some cases, a software update can correct the problem. There is a risk, however. If the TV turns off during the software update, it could damage the TV. Updates can take up to 30 minutes depending on network speed, so if the TV is not turning off too frequently, try updating the software. 5. Disable the Power On with Mobile option. TVs that can connect to SmartThings can be turned on using compatible devices, sometimes automatically. However, if abnormal "power on" signals are sent through the wireless network, they will trigger this function and make the TV turn on. If you do not want this function, navigate to Settings > General > Network > Expert Settings > Power On with Mobile, and turn the setting off. If the TV continues to turn on by itself continuously, please contact our Samsung Customer Support. Call us at 1-800-SAMSUNG (ask for TVs), available 8AM - 12AM EST, 7 days a week. Love this product

We use our phone hotspots to connect to the internet to watch YouTube, Netflix, and Disney + . This TV does so much more than I possibly could have imagined. We are so pleased with this product.

Samsung 55" 4K crystal tv

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The best part about this TV is not having to plug anything else into it for streaming (i.e. apple tv, fire stick, etc). Apps are accessible via the home menu, and I don't think I have run into having any apps unavailable yet. I took a star off because it doesn't allow me to configure my "most used" apps to be at the start of the app list and I have to scroll around a lot to get to the things I use frequently. Great picture / resolution so far and haven't had any issues.
