The remote numbers are worn off but the tv still works so we keep buying Samsung. It can load all the new apps easily. Great all round picture and sound. Very happy!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this 55 inch Samsung TV to replace the one in my bedroom that went out that was a sharp! The picture is great however the sound is terrible. No matter what I do it doesn't adjust or stay at a normal level. You have to turn it up extremely loud just to get a normal volume? I've tried to settings can't find anything to control the volume. The size is great, the picture is very good although it puts off a lot of heat which is a negative not sure if I would recommend this or anybody that doesn't have air flowing through to keep the TV cooled off otherwise it will heat your room up from the heat coming from the screen

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I only buy Samsung TVs. They are the best TVs in my opinion. We have 6 Samsung TVs in our house and 4 Samsung Computer monitors. We use our larger Samsung TVs for watching movies and TV. We use our smaller Samsung TVs mostly for gaming. We have one 70", two 55" inch, two 40", and one 32". Samsung TVs have excellent picture quality and their "hub" (for accessing Nextfilx, Prime, Hulu, etc...) is easy to use. Great product!

The panel is amazing and there's a ton of settings! The audio is also amazing as well, I don't need a soundbar. The only gripe I have is that the software runs a little slow to open an app.

Which it is great for having all the streaming apps you'd need to do so; Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, etc. The game mode makes gaming even better by enhancing the image quality anytime you turn on your gaming device.

Playing first person shooters gives me a much larger field of vision than others. The app store is a blessing as it lets me save room on my game system and have all of my streaming apps on the tv instead. I highly recommend especially if you have the room. This boy is thicc.

Setup was mostly super easy: I was able to use my phone to handle most of the setup including connecting to wifi - waaay easier than using a remote. I was pleasantly surprised to find 145 free channels of programming; most aren't worth watching but it's nice to have live news and weather readily available. I really was hoping for more with the operating system. It seems to reasons fairly slowly. I'm able to tell Alexa to turn off the TV but can't turn it on the same way. Getting to my video apps requires me to hit the home button then click 2 or 3 more times just to get to the menu, where it makes a lot more sense that it should just be one click to get there on a smart TV. I do like the quick buttons on the remote to get to Netflix and Prime Video. In true Samsung fashion, there are a bunch of apps I won't ever use and can't remove. It's difficult to figure out how to customize the app order and add them to my home screen. I also hoped for more with the Smart Things Samsung app on my phone but it doesn't do much beyond volume and channel control and turning the power on and off. Overall I'm content with my purchase and got a great value for the price. But I'm left feeling that the software is all just kind of clunky and doesn't really work all that well together.

Getting a 55 was what I thought I needed but definitely plan on upgrading to a larger newer model and moving this one into my bedroom. My bedroom has a old Vizio tv that can't even load Hulu on it anymore lol.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I enjoy this TV for daily OTA shows and news. Mostly I watch streaming HULU+ programing and blockbuster movies.. It's linked to my Yamaha soundbar for better audio with deeper bass. It would be very helpful if a basic web browser (Puffin) was included. Samsung phone casting is a snap. Very nice television. Forget the rest and buy the best ...SAMSUNG!
