This TV is a replacement for a 15 year old 32" Sony so the bar wasn't real high. Still, I have been impressed with the motion rate and clarity of picture. Set up was fairly easy, just make sure you have two people even if you are using the stand provided. My only complaint is really more like a nuisance. Adding apps is cumbersome and the remote is not the same as my other Samsung TV remote so the home button and arrow keys are hard to find in the dark. really could use a back light on the remote! My fear is that it will be good for just long enough for me to happy with it and relax. Then the green bars and washout I've read about will happen. Until then- hopefully not- I'm happy.

The Samsung TV Plus is also a great option for free tv. The picture is outstanding even with older shows and movies. Of course new stuff is even better. Loving it so far!!

The image quality is very good but not as crisp as other models also the original sound speakers are pretty fair. Again for the price it's a really good TV.

The picture is still BREATHTAKING to me, and I've had it for almost a month now! I look forward to going home to watch TV because the picture is so crisp and clear - it feels like I'm actually in the scene! I am so excited about my TV that I'm going to surprise my mother with a Samsung Crystal UHD TV of her own! What I loved about it is the free channels Samsung offers, as you only need internet connection. I chose this TV because I wanted to use headphones to listen to it when it's too late or my family is asleep, so it works perfectly too. In addition to the Samsung programming, my TV is connected to the PS4, and it is really cool how the TV automatically changes settings from TV to Gaming; but what's even better is that when on the PS4 platform, if I choose Netflix or a similar provider, it changes from Gaming to TV settings on its own again. I'm fascinated with Samsung, my phone is Samsung, TV, refrigerator, oven, I really like this brand.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am a loyal Fan of Samsung. I recently purchased a 58" Class TU700D Crystal UHD 4K Smart TV (2020). It is the perfect size for the room and once again a wonderful picture. I had to return the 1st set after a couple of weeks for no picture on the screen. Unfortunately I had the same issue with the new replacement set. Samsung had the screen replaced. This is the first time that I have any issues with any of my Samsung TV hear in New England or down in South Florida.

i only gave 4 stars as it took a while to figure out how to 'adjust' to get true colors .. trial and error till finally turned "auto's" off ... my son has a samsung and i fell in love it .. when i first got mine i was disappointed and almost considered returning it .. color was off .. too dark ..even after trying to adjust .. plus the motion of people was weird. however, after my son went into "advance" adjustments and turned off the "auto" on everything he was able to finally get true colors and the "jerkiness" of movement stopped ... am now in love with my samsung ... so my advice .. if at first disillusioned with color, etc .. check into the advance adjustments .. turn off all "auto's" and see what happens .. :-) :-). in the mean time ... "happy trails to you ... "

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The first Samsung flat screen I purchased in 2007 was a workhorse. Not a problem over years of use. In 2018, I decided to upgrade and bought a new 50" Samsung. Worked great until last summer (2021). It started to get dark gray/black banding that moved to different locations across the screen until the banding finally settled on each edge of the screen. So now, I basically have a vertically letterboxed screen. If it's happening on the edges of the screen, I can't see it. How nice. And the thing is, it's not quite to the level of annoying to make me get rid of it, but some day I'll probably release it to the forces of gravity and chuck it from my 23rd floor window. (And if there's an easy fix I don't know about, I'd sure love to know it.) I doubt you'll publish this, but you did ask for a review. So here we are.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This tv is good becuase it's good while watching series and movies but not good at watching soccer because it has vertical banding and the hdr is good but i have to raise brightness to make it great and 4k content on it is so perfect overall this tv is good for its price.
