The quality of the picture is as the name suggest crystal clear. Being able to have all of my streaming apps at my fingertips is a plus. I no longer need multiple devices and wired connections to view apps. Glad I settled on the Samsung brand, it's perfect.

Before I bought this TV i was using a old TV that was 17 inches big, which was nothing and the picture quality was terrible. This samsung TV exceeded my expectations when watching anime, I am able to notice every detail now and how good everything looks, also the sound quality feels like im in the movie theater. While gaming with the game mode on the TV I am able to play without basically any delay. This TV is awesome!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Really easy to set up and as a cord cutter I am very pleased with the bonus channels! I like the quick buttons in the repost for Netflix. However I do wish I could change the order of the app list to what I use more often like YouTube. I am happy and would recommend this TV.

Got this tv in mid December 2022 and I'm not really happy with it. I had a 65” Amazon fire tv Omni Series before this one and the fire tv beats this tv all day long. I purchased the fire tv in the summer and I was having some blurry issues with it. I thought it was the tv since it wasn't a well none tv like lg or Samsung so I purchased this Samsung tu7000. Once I got the Samsung hooked up, it was having the same issues as the fire tv so it must be shows or the internet or something. I find the picture on this new Samsung really dark. I have it set to standard but it's just really dark, and if I put it on dynamic, it's to bright and I find it glares sometime. My other Samsung tvs are way brighter on the standard mode, not sure why this tu7000 is so dark. The sound isn't as good as my other samsung tvs either, which is disappointing but it's a lot better than the fire tv. The fire tv was a lot easier to use with Alexa. I purchased the tu7000 because it said it worked with Alexa, But the remote didn't have a voice button. So I'm not exactly sure what works with Alexa means. I purchased an Amazon echo dot and tried to hook it up to the tv but it doesn't seem to do anything. I'm going to call in and see if I can get some help with that. But overall, yes I'm disappointed in this tv. And I'm very disappointed if I can't get Alexa to work to change the volume, turn tv off and on, change apps, pause, rewind etc.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The first one I bought of this model was for my bedroom since I have a eight thousand series 82 inch in my living room. I have purchased four Samsung TVS in the last couple of years and I definitely believe in Samsung quality. I also just purchased my second Samsung refrigerator for my new home. If Samsung built homes I would most likely by that too.

I love the new remote but it does take time to get used to. The one down side is that my old Samsung sound bar will not connect to my new TV via bluetooth hence the 4 star rating.

The TV is mounted on the wall in our basement but so far no glare from the ceiling lights or distortion from watching from different angles. I love that its a Smart TV. Everyone's accounts (i.e. Apple TV, Youtube etc) were easy to set via our phones. Its a good quality T.V. at a good price.

The image is very clear and great for more than just your daily streaming needs. It's great for gaming with its high refresh rate so playing games in 4k is an experience like no other. Samsung is very reputable for a reason. Will not disappoint.

i bought a tv in november of 2020...it is now july 2021 and i am unable to enjoy my tv...the picture has gone out and has a black screen. unbelievable that already it has quit. i probably wont waste my time or money on buying another one. i'm going on a month now waiting for parts to be delivered and to be repaired.
