Easy Set Up and Use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I replaced a 51' Samsung TV with this one and so far I'm extremely pleased with it. It was so easy to set up and has a beautiful picture just coming out of the box. We will need a smaller TV for the bedrooms soon so you bet I'm sticking with Samsung.

They had 1 job...

I drove 40 miles to the Sam's Club to buy this, I got it home, took it out of the box, and one of the legs wouldn't fit in for the stand. It turns out that the factory packed 2 left legs, and you need a right leg for the right side and a left leg for the left side. I called Samsung, and it will be 10 to 20 days before it would arrive if they shipped the correct leg. Also, if you need to contact their Tech Support, don't bother with the text support option. When I told them what was wrong, they ignored me.

Great Quality product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I ordered my TV about 2years ago. It's been the same top quality from when I got it out of the box. I use my TV to stream all my favorite shows on netflix,hulu,primevideo, Disney plus and HBO max. I also use it for gaming on multiple consoles. Depending on which I'm doing I like that the TV switches mode to whatever would preform the best. Everything was easy to set up, when plugging in other devices to the TV it labels the hdmi automatically, there's no lag between TV and wifi .All movies and games look crisp and clear. I also love the fact that it connects with my phone and I can control TV if I misplaced my remote or a friend can share what's on their phone screen onto the TV. Overall 10/10 quality, setup, all of it.

Its like you're on the movie set.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We use our Samsung Tv for movie nights with the kids as well as streaming and gaming. The picture is so clear that I could almost swear I'm on set while they're filming the movie I'm watching. Gaming is awesome, the tv makes it a more enjoyable experience than I've ever experienced before. My favorite thing about my Samsung tv is the endless amounts of free services through the app store. I find something new every day. This is by far the best tv I have ever owned.

Too many issues

i have problems every day with the remote not responding. i always have to go unolug the tv and plug it back in to work. this happens with tv remitted and the cable box remote. also if sometimes it doesnt even recognize the device plugged into the hdmi ports. it is so frustrating. i bought this at christmas, updated the software several times, and still have these issues. i night this samsung because i had such a good experience with my first, but this has been horrible.

In addition to that, you may want to the self-diagnosis tools built in that can help solve problems with signal, network, picture, or sound. Go to Settings > Support> Device Care > Start Device Care You may also want to clear out your TV's temporary storage space by pressing and holding the Power button for 6 seconds until your TV turns off and back on again. Have had this TV for 6 weeks and it is great. I have it ceiling mounted in my gazebo where I watch my Blue Jays games. I use my 5k wifi to stream the games. The super definition reduces the expected reflections one gets when out doors. I have it blue toothed to a set of speakers. Love it!

Limited External Audio connection

i am so disappointed with this tv, purchased a tv without noticing the limitations for hooking up an external audio component. i broke my old tv (a sony) that connected to my home audio system. ran out and bought a samsung thinking it would be better only to get home and not be able to connect it to my audio system. even went out and purchased converters that are not working.

Great display for the price

Excellent Budget 4K/HDR Unit

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This ended up being exactly what I wanted out of my TV - an all around high-quality TV for an affordable price. The picture quality is solid - obviously does not hold a candle to an OLED, but you can't fairly compare this model to something 5-10x the price. I liked the customization and various modes (particularly the dynamic and gaming modes) as I was able to tweak the settings to further improve the picture in my room and for my specific connected devices. The only thing I do not like is the blinding white "No Signal" screen and menus - this can be painfully bright in a bedtime setting or first thing in the morning. A dark theme or at least an option of one would have been nice. The built in speakers were also a bit underwhelming but again at this price point it's not really fair to expect much better. I'm a bit of a snob when it comes to audio and added an expensive soundbar to my setup which greatly improved my experience, but more casual users might be just fine with the built in speakers. In summary, this was a great budget all-around choice for both gaming and streaming.
