[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Unfortunately, I had to exchange my first purchase of this model as the HDMI #1 port stopped working after 2 weeks. The TV stopped recognizing my cable tv input. The replacement seems to be working well thus far. Set has a good picture, decent features and remote. Interface is okay. The sound is only okay, but most TVs now need a soundbar bar for truly good sound. Overall, a good TV, from very reliable maker (Samsung), at an excellent price.

I have not had this TV more than a year and it's already giving me issues. It freezes and then comes back. There was a light flashing on the left side of the screen. They came and fixed it but now it just turns off and I have to get out and get back in for it to work

Before this Samsung TV, I never truly knew how crystal clear a picture could look. It renewed my enjoyment of my favorite shows, movies felt new when I watched them again, I replayed older games just to watch it anew on this TV.

It picked up on my firestick, my new Blu-ray player immediately and I didn't have to put in endless codes to make anything connect. I no longer have cable TV and rely on the internet to watch TV. The TV station guide has many enjoyable stations and even includes weather and news channels. Overall I think this TV was a perfect purchase for me. Not overly expensive and the quality is there. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm very pleased with my t.v it's the perfect size for my house and we can watch just about from anywhere in the house as well at our in our back yard. I really enjoy gaming on it I think I rather do that instead of watching TV. But all in all Im am very happy with the picture and sound that come from my TV.

ok so i'm a person that's into electronics although i'm not super techy about it, i appreciate a nice gadget. i've owned most brands of flat screens but none seem to match the quality of the samsung picture! i love this tv although i keep hitting the wrong button on the remote, i guess i just need more time to learn it but it's a lot of buttons on that boy! i'm happy with my tv! and i skipped the bull at the store and ordered online and had it within 4/5 days right to my house, loved that! i had previously went to several stores to buy the tv but no one had it in stock, very frustrating.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my second Samsung tv but my first Smart tv. I replaced another 43 inch smart tv and I am amazed at the high picture quality . I originally purchased a competitors smart tv because the Samsung I already have was bugging me with the clarity and quality of the picture especially of peoples faces. After I bought the lesser quality smart tv I realized the Samsung was so much better and I returned it to the store paid a little extra to get it. 5 stars from me.

I am frustrated with this brand and model. Terrible software, constantly lags and I have to wait for the remote command for 5 seconds every time, screen share is awful and cannot even connect to the laptop that is right next to it and both are also near the wifi modem. I do not recommend this model regardless of size.

It's a huge step up for my space, especially with its low profile and slim thickness. The sound quality is also amazing: I'm constantly having to check volume to ensure it's not bothering the neighbors - but that's a good thing! It's a powerful TV for the price.
