Amazing Samsung Smart TV! LOVE IT!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wanted to purchase a new smart TV so I would not need additional devices to connect to Netflix, Hulu, or YouTube so we decided to purchase the HD 7000 series 50 inch and we love it. It has an amazing picture and the size is perfect for us. It is also very easy to use. I definitely recommend Samsung.

Issues with screen mirror

Every time I go to use the screen mirror feature from my Apple iPhone it doesn't work. I need to reset my TV which takes about 10 minutes and then it will work again. The next time I go to use screen mirror it doesn't work again. So I have to reset my TV again another 10 minutes for it to work. It is very frustrating. I'm going to try and return this TV. It's not worth the frustration.

Not what I expected

i own the same tv in a 43 inch and i love it so when it was time to buy a new tv for my living room this was the first choice. i bought the 55”. first one i bought i returned 2 days later. tv had a very slow response to remote. the hulu, disney+, prime video apps wouldn't open and others kept logging out. one of hdmi ports didnt work. 2nd one i've had about 2 weeks and hulu app never opens! i always have to unplug tv to reset it. also keeps logging out of apps. im quite disappointed. returning it today.

TV Review - Power off problem

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Used for Movies, Streaming, Gaming, and sports. TV does not shut down properly and always comes back on after 5 minutes. This is a problem when leaving the house as i return to a tv that is powered on.

HI, mvpdyvel, Thank you for your review and feedback on the TU7000 TV. Please know we are here to help you and have a few tips to help with your TV power cycling. Please try the below troubleshooting tips: 1. Unplug the TV from the wall outlet or surge protector and leave it unplugged for 30 seconds. 2. Check the power cord to see if there is any visible damage. 3. Plug the TV power cord back into the wall outlet. If you were using a surge protector, bypass it for now and use a wall outlet. 4. Try to update the software. In some cases, a software update can correct the problem. There is a risk, however. If the TV turns off during the software update, it could damage the TV. Updates can take up to 30 minutes depending on network speed, so if the TV is not turning off too frequently, try updating the software. 5. Disable the Power On with the Mobile option. TVs that can connect to SmartThings can be turned on using compatible devices, sometimes automatically. However, if abnormal "power on" signals are sent through the wireless network, they will trigger this function and make the TV turn on. If you do not want this function, navigate to Settings > General > Network > Expert Settings. If you are using the device through HDMI, it could cause the auto-on, as Anynet+ is enabled. Occasionally connected devices such as game consoles (PS5, Xbox) or cable set-top boxes send a turn-on signal, for example, if they have software updates. We recommend you try turning Anynet+ off as it may be causing auto power on. Go to Settings > General > External Device Manager > Anynet+, then disable. If the TV continues to turn on by itself continuously, please get in touch with our Samsung Customer Support. Simply call us at 1-800-SAMSUNG, 8 AM - 12 AM EST, seven days a week. Great TV for great price

Great Tv

We access our church services using smart view to share from my Samsung Tablet. The color and sound are excellent. This was our first larger TV and really enjoy it.

Great TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our family previously owned a Vizio 4K tv, so for us, this has been a terrific upgrade! It was extremely easy to install a wall-mount to the back, setup the tv with my Samsung account, connect to the wi-fi, and add all of our accessories (soundbar, blu-ray player, and tv service provider box). I couldn't ask for any more ease of use! The picture has been very clear, but doesn't work the greatest with the older movies as far as clarity goes. It was well packaged in an attractive box which will also be great for moving it. The sound clarity is right on par. The speakers on the backside reflect off the wall very nicely to provide a great sound for when I choose not to use my soundbar. Since we have had this Samsung Crystal UHD 4K Smart TV, it has received more than enough daily use between the 5 of us in our household! We couldn't be happier! I received this item at a discounted price in exchange for my honest review.

Everything is in one device

great product and smart tv allows decluttering with not needing a roku or fire stick. awesome picture biggest gripe is the speakers but all the new tvs have bad speakers to require a sound bar. and the bluetooth connection requires going into settings everytime you turn on the tv. seems to be a sound bar problem though so won't give less stars. buying a fiberoptic cable fixes it.

Go Out and Get this Amazing TV!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My TV is actually the TU8000 Samsung Crystal UHD, which is an even larger model if you can imagine. I use my Amazing TV for streaming, watching movies, and it has enhanced my life even further while working from home for the last year. Putting in long hours from the home office , stationary at the desk and chair can get very boring and achey. My Awesome picture perfect with vivid display makes life easier by casting my laptop to this 85 inches of pure beauty. I can quickly complete spreadsheets, watch webcast meetings in comfort and so much more. The TV was super easy to set up as 1,2,3 and instantly recognized my wifi. I get complements from everyone that sees this Samsung beauty in my media room. The price for the 85 inch is DEFINITELY worth it. Who needs the movie theaters to reopen when you have this! Samsung continues to deliver and impress , no cons here. Word to the wise, go out and get it, you'll truly be glad you did!

Vibrant & colorful entertain

Returning to home needs some easy refreshing enchantment that can keep the mind off from the whole day of workload. And here comes our Samsung television, the true magic box, our friend, out should I say a family member. With the vibrant color and Crystal clear experience we get emerged into the world of entertainment. I really enjoy the sharp and well saturated picture quality whether I watch movies or cartoons or play some games, it never fails to impress me. I must say good job Samsung. As a member of Samsung community I also happen to have a Samsung mobile phone that comes in synchrony with the Samsung TV. But I wish there were more productivity from the remote control that was supplied with the Samsung television such as a voice command execution and also some more space inside the memory of the Samsung tv. And also I would like to have a boost in the sound system of the TV itself. But again it's truly a piece of work and a true entertainer. Love you Samsung.
