Product has great useful features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really love using my Samsung tv, because it has two features that really stand out to my, for one is the apps that the tv comes with my personal favorite is the Spotify app. I downloaded through apps form the tv and I really loved it i can listen to music form the tv I find it really cool and I hope With more time you can add more cool apps just like Spotify overall I enjoy that the tv already comes with Netflix, Disney, Hulu, YouTube it really help me out in not having to use a service box to use the services. Another great feature that I enjoy was the airplay feature I do school work and sometimes I have to be presenting with the AirPlay I can easily share and show pictures on a bigger screen and it syncs to what ever shows on my phone and , so far I haven't had any problems with it. Thank you Samsung for making a great durable tv.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It has a clear screen. Color is good. Remote is good. Stand is good 50 inch fits in my cabinet. Stand is good. Cable and airwaves both work. It is what I expected at a reasonable price point. I have bought other tv's but now only buy Samsung.

What an amazing experience!

The addition of features like Apple Music and Samsung TV Plus make this TV easily the best I've ever purchased, and turned my into a Samsung customer for life.

good picture quality

My only complaint is there is no way to access alexa with the universal remote,and if i use both remotes the picture quality is dull using the firestick remote.however picture quality is great if I just use the samsung remote.

Inadequate input ports

I had to return this TV because I discovered that it only had 2 HDMI ports. After using 1 port for my cable box I was left with only 1 port for a soundbar and any other peripherals. Before purchasing a replacement TV I researched the number of HDMI ports and discovered that most TVs have 3-4 HDMI ports (including an ARC-HDMI port.) The picture quality of the TV was certainly good but in this day and age, it is disappointing to find that Samsung is so far behind in offering input ports.

Great Tv, software is ok

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The tv quality is awesome and things look great. The only issue is the software seems clunky and slow compared to other smart tvs I used. It is frustrating to open an app when there is lag between the remote and the tv. Great picture though!

Love the overall functionality

My only very minor complaint was that the dimensions for the width of the feet were not included in the box. Overall would highly recommend this TV

This product is great.

A lot of apps that make it easier to watch your favorite shows. I can control it with my Alexa echo and the picture quality is great. The best thing about this tv is the price. Great product for a great low price.

Disappointed

i got the samsung because i was expecting a higher quality experience. after having roku and google operating systems on other devices, the samsung proprietary system was a disappointment. several of our most used apps were not available for samsung, and some of the most used functionality like skipping forward and back with one button weren't there. ended up taking it back and getting a tv with a roku system.

Great picture, but thats it

remote: ridiculous. the arrow buttons that you use the most are at the bottom of the remote and are amongst other buttons so closely you constantly push the wrong button. won't connect to the internet; cant load anything via the internet app. won't connect with airplay. no keyboard option for searching titles or entering emails, etc when using phone as remote overall i'm a bit disappointed. ill get used to it, but i thought i was getting a tv that was higher end and there fore user friendly. i would have thought samsung to have spent more on user interface optimization.

You may want to go through these steps to check your network connection: 1) Check the distance between the TV and your modem or access point. The distance should not exceed 50 ft. (15.2 m). 2) Minimize interference by not using or turning off wireless devices. Also, verify that there are no obstacles between the TV and the modem or access point. (Wi-Fi strength can be decreased by appliances, cordless phones, stone walls/fireplaces, etc.) 3) Perform a network test to check if there is a network problem. Press the Home button on your remote.
