Personally, I would give them three stars, but my husband thinks they are great and would give them five stars so we compromised. There is something about the bread I just don't care for. Personally, I take the sandwich apart before I microwave the chicken. I put the bun in the toaster and lightly toast it. Then I microwave the chicken just long enough to defrost it. Next, I reassemble the sandwich, wrap it in foil and heat it in the toaster oven for 20-30 minutes. I realize that this defeats the purpose of a quick microwave sandwich, but I have the flexibility/time at work to do this, and the sandwich just tastes better this way. I also always add a pickle or two.

What I thought I was buying was just the chicken patties until I noticed that it said, "Pickles not included." IN thought that was pretty odd, considering it didn't say that the bun wasn't included. We opened the box and it's a whole sandwhich! Wow! Microwave for 90 seconds and add 10 additional seconds until hot. These taste great! It is very similar to CFA, so much so that my son asked when we went to CFA! I would buy these again in a heart beat. The bread has a funky texture but it's really good and not soggy.

I just got these and made one for lunch. 1 min 30 secs chicken perfect and moist totally surprised me. Good taste of the chicken. OMG the roll has got to go, I have never tasted anything like that roll I gave it to my dog and he would eat anything but not that roll. Put a better tasting different roll and it would be good. I ate it plain no bread,did not want to mask the flavor for the first taste.

The bun is like half the size of the chicken, and the chicken is too thick. It cooks the heck out of the edges, but the middle is still cold. Flavor is very similar to CFA, but we will not be buying again. We'll stick to the nuggets... just wish they'd back off a little on the dill on those.

The people that are giving this 5 stars must not actually eat at Chick Fil A. These are gross! The bread on them tastes like a dinner yeast roll, same texture too. Not bad on its own, but not good as a Chick substitute. The chicken is pretty yucky and tastes nothing like Chick Fil A. Sam’s should try again with this one. The nuggets are much better! :)

We bought this based on a review I'd read but should know better. The chicken piece is too spicy and not in a tasty way. That I could handle. The bun was too sweet and didn't have any texture. I will give the rest away and hope someone else will find something to like about them. Won't buy these again.

The chicken itself is tough and chewy. Breading is soggy and mushy, even warming these in a small iron skillet. The flavoring is dead wrong - Chick-fil-A specified long ago that they DO NOT use any sort of dill flavoring or brining in the breading or on the chicken. As someone that orders their chicken sandwiches with no pickles, the dill flavoring added to these is just awful. Same for the nuggets. A disappointment.

Great pickle 🥒 flavor not strong has a vinaigrette taste an the bun is very similar to another great quality product I've had multiple an great consistency. Definitely wish pickles 🥒 were included an warmed up with the bread an a slice of 🧀 cheese. Overall the product is good when also warmed up the right way. Definitely believe the price should not go above the $20 for a box of 10.

Oh my goodness. Who knew such deliciousness could be had in a frozen chicken sandwich? These were so very tasty and tender. My child that has sensory issues with textures, even loved these. I warmed mine in the air fryer for about 10 minutes and that was it!

These are very close to being good, but heating is uneven...middle is always cold even if heating time is increased a bit, and some of the sandwiches have too much rubbery gristle included. Average, at best. Correct these couple of things and it'll be fantastic!
