I'm not sure what "Southern style" recipe they use for this but it is terrible. These as well as the Member's Mark Southern style Chicken Bites have the same terrible flavor. They need a much better recipe before I ever buy these again. It is a shame though because I like other brands Southern style chicken items.

I was go happy to see these and was so disappointed with the purchase. Most of the sandwiches so far have been ok but the bun is not good at all. The real problem is some of the chicken in the sandwich is crunchy as can be...just like biting into a stalk of celery. Not sure what the problem is but it was certainly gross and was tossed out and now I really dont want to eat anymore of them.

I wish Sams sold these without the buns. My family loves these chicken breasts but not the included buns. We cook them in the air fryer and add fresh buns. Maybe if the buns were packaged separately and didn't absorb the grease from the chicken they would be edible.

I have read and heard rave reviews. I have had two sandwiches which were air fryed. The taste was wonderful, but the chicken was tough and had a lot of gristle in both pieces. I may have gotten a bad batch. If the chicken was tender, it would have been a 5 star review.

Done in the microwave, I’m not too crazy about these. By the same token, I’m not expecting much from a microwaved frozen chicken sandwich. Microwaving also seems to enhance the dill flavor, which doesn’t need to be enhanced any further. However, I’ve found they are really good in an air fryer. 12 min at 375. Breast only for the first 10 min, drop the bun in on the last 2. Cooking in the oven yields similar results, but takes a good bit longer.

They're good! I like the pickle taste. We cook in the air fryer for 12m and then finish with a broil (our air fryer has a broil feature). I do wish they sold these just as patties. The bread is fine but not worth the calories so I ditch it. Would buy these more often if just fillets.

Their chicken nuggets are the BEST, so I thought the chicken patties would be just as yummy. NOPE! Dry and flavorless. The bun is just gooey, gross and disgusting . I’d give zero stars if I could. I’ll stick to the nuggets and throw them in a normal bun. I’d return them, but I threw away the box.

If you follow the directions they cook up nicely in the microwave, although in our microwave we have to add an extra minute. The problem with these is the flavor. It tastes like pickles. I know they’re working to mimic a famous chicken sandwich that has pickles on ... I order mine with no pickles. It’s not my favorite flavor. I won’t be buying these again. If you get rid of the pickle flavor I think you’ll have a winner.

Some of the sandwiches cook in the microwave just fine and taste great. Others not so well. Every sandwich has a different sized chicken patty. Some are small, some are large, some are thin and some are very thick. This inconsistency makes it difficult to cook properly. The box says to microwave 2 minutes. Some of the sandwiches cook fine on 2 minutes. Others will still be cold inside and require up to 4 minutes. Then the edges will be tough and inedible, while the center is nice and juicy.

Big fan of ChickFila, which this item resonates with that. Issue is that it tastes like pickles, but nowhere on packaging does it say that. Yes it says 'pickles not included', but many people do not like pickles, so there has got to many people like us that bought it and was surprised/disappointed when bit into it for the first time. In fact, the fact that it calls out 'no pickles included', makes you even think more that there would not be a pickle taste to it. Simple recommendation to just call out on packaging that is has pickle or dill flavor to it.
