I must say that I was a little skeptical of these sandwiches after reading the reviews, but after tasting them for myself, I was impressed. I was expected fake looking chicken, horrible tasting chicken...you name it...but they were actually pretty tasty AND convenient (it took less than 3 minutes to prepare). I added my own toppings (i.e. cheese, honey mustard, etc.) The only con (for me) is that the bun could use some improvement, but despite that I'd purchase these again.

These Sandwiches are delicious, mild or spicey kind, if you cook them write, air fryer is best. I add pepper jack cheese lettucr onion mayo and optional ketchup.. i do not recommend and I do not use the bun it comes with, makes the sandwich bad. It's still worth it buying your own buns. Definitely recommend.

The chicken is tender, moist, and lightly breaded. Cooking temp and time was accurate. The only thing I did not like was the strong pickle taste. It was a bit much for me. I would like to try them on some Hawaiian rolls before I cross them off my "to buy again" list though.

We started buying these a hole ago, I’d buy a few boxes a month. But the last 2 boxes we got every sandwich was nasty! I cooked them the exact same way as before and the chicken was either super firm or boarder lined not cooked. Very odd not sure what’s going on but for $20 a box I’m not risking wasting anymore money

I have enjoyed various Makers Mark products, but the Southern Style chicken sandwich was not up to par. Following instructions and changing microwave times as suggested, the bottom bun was consistently HARD and dry. I hope this product can improve because my wife and I discarded over half of the sandwiches. Not good

I bought these because I love the one they serve in the Sam's food court. These sandwiches are disgusting. I cooked it according to package instructions, 90 seconds and resting for an additional 60 seconds. Still frozen on one half, hard as rock bun. I decided to just eat the patty after heating it an additional 30 seconds, not only did it do that crunching like sound of raw chicken, but gristle was abundant throughout the whole patty. I cooked another one thinking it was a fluke, nope, same exact scenario. My husband tried one, same deal. Three sandwiches tossed. The flavor is great but, you only get 1 bite before it all swan dives into the fiery lair. Save yourself $15, don't buy these. Until the quality improves substantially I will abstain from purchase in the future.

It’s hard to get disappointed with Member’s Mark! Keep buying this on repeat since it released. Make them in an air fryer will be heavenly! The chicken is real white meat ( not patty). Maybe not as juicy as Chickfilla, but for a quick frozen meal, No complain! And definitely lower calories then chickfilla.

Dill flavor kills it and frozen bun is too small. Microwave separately and still cold in the middle. 1 minute 1 side and 1 minute on the flip. 22 secs to melt cheese. Store was fine. You do not need dill whoever is promoting this item needs to seriously make some changes. I will look for other options.

Bought these and were so excited, but the chicken is gross with gristle throughout. I know it's supposed to be a Chick-fil-a knock-off, but this is just pickle brined chicken; I'm not sure why it is thought that Chick-fil-a brines their chicken in pickles, because they don't, this is nothing like Chick-fil-a other than being a fried chicken sandwich. The buns are the worst, they're a very weird texture and almost a heavy, milly, bread with an odd smell. The entire sandwich was really small in general. This product is a huge letdown. Good idea, bad end product.

I wish Sams sold these without the buns. My family loves these chicken breasts but not the included buns. We cook them in the air fryer and add fresh buns. Maybe if the buns were packaged separately and didn't absorb the grease from the chicken they would be edible.
