I honestly wasn’t sure what to expect after reading the reviews but I was willing to give it a try. Overall, I thought it was pretty good. The bun is not good in my opinion, but the chicken is really good. Next time, I will probably cook like package says and then just switch the bun out from a package of buns. Someone else mentioned that they would air fry the chicken. That could be good too, but the microwave was just fine for me.

These chicken sandwiches are absolutely phenomenal. If done right, they are nearly just like a Chick-Fil-A sandwich. Not a perfect match, but so close they'll definitely satisfy that Chick-Fil-A craving (especially if you get the waffle fries sold next to them). Now, why did I say "If done right" earlier? Because, preparation is key to getting the most out of these sandwiches. If you toss one of these in the microwave and expect to open the door to a fresh Chick-Fil-A chicken sandwich, then you'll be sorely disappointed (and you might need a reality check for even assuming it would work that way). Do this instead: 1) Toss the bun that comes with it. It smells and tastes funny. 2) Pop the chicken fillet in the air fryer - 400 deg, 14 min for frozen, 8-9 min for thawed 3) Get out a big, fresh hamburger bun. 4) Toss some dill pickle slices on it 5) After the chicken is done, put the sandwich together and place back into the bag/wrapper for about 3 minutes to steam. Then, enjoy your mouth-watering, almost Chick-Fil-A sandwich (and salted waffle fries if you decided to toss those in the air fryer too). You're welcome.

So, unlike other samsclub sandwiches I've tried, the bread just gets hard when you microwave it. The chicken is on a new level of frustration because when I bit into the sandwich I came away with just bread and the fried shell, the chicken was so stringy I couldn't bite through it. Tried two of the sandwiches and I'm thinking I'll have to throw the rest away. Cooked at different temperatures and just couldn't make this into food.

Don't microwave the chicken - air fry it. I do 2 sandwiches at 400F (roughly 205C) for 8 minutes and microwave the buns with a small glass of water for 90 seconds while the chicken cooks (wrap buns in a paper towel or cloth. Makes the chicken more crispy and the bun is so soft.

I must say that I was a little skeptical of these sandwiches after reading the reviews, but after tasting them for myself, I was impressed. I was expected fake looking chicken, horrible tasting chicken...you name it...but they were actually pretty tasty AND convenient (it took less than 3 minutes to prepare). I added my own toppings (i.e. cheese, honey mustard, etc.) The only con (for me) is that the bun could use some improvement, but despite that I'd purchase these again.

We have been looking for these for a while since we tried the nuggets and they were a hit in our house. We tried them tonight and we liked them. We fixed them per the directions this time, however next time I am going to use air-fryer and see how they turn out.

The bun is like half the size of the chicken, and the chicken is too thick. It cooks the heck out of the edges, but the middle is still cold. Flavor is very similar to CFA, but we will not be buying again. We'll stick to the nuggets... just wish they'd back off a little on the dill on those.

Bought some a couple of months ago and they were great. Spicy and tender. Bought these a couple of weeks ago and they are definitely not as tasty and a little tougher than the previous purchase which were a private label and not a Member's Mark brand. They're OK for the quick lunch or snack but my next ones will have additional spicing.

I had high hopes for these too. Waited til they came back in stock to get some. After trying a few, finally got well cooked after 130 seconds with 1000W microwave. The breading on chicken stays pretty soggy so toasted each piece separately. Doesn't taste like ChickFila at all really to me, it's missing the sweetness, but that wouldn't stop me. Bun is really inedible, replacing the bun didn't seem to help either. Will be using the chicken for other purposes.

I have followed the directions exactly dozens of times, and the middle of the sandwich is ALWAYS cold unless I cook it way over the time specified. However, when I do that, the edges get dried out. The chicken is absolutely delicious except for this heating problem. They need to take it back to the test kitchen to figure out better heating directions.
