I am focusing on the product. I liked the snack bags until you made them easy open. I cannot get them closed and I am not the only one in my family to have trouble. Please, Please go back to the way they were, I had no trouble opening them.

The tabs may be easy to open, that's because you can't close them. They remain open. A waste of money. Why was it necessary to change a product that worked?

There was nothing wrong with the old snack bags. Now they are very difficult to close... is that your idea of "easy open"? I've switched to the store brand bags until improvements are made to ziploc's product.

I use snack size and other Ziploc products all the time. Kudos for the easy open tabs - thumbs down for whatever change you made to close them! They won't close!

These bags are perfect for my cheese snacks! Keeps the cheese fresh and easy to close. I use them for left overs as well. Takes up less space in the fridge.

I have used these bags for years and admit sometimes the old bags were hard to open. But this new design is HORRIBLE to close. Took 5 or 6 tries last night for kids bags of carrots. Husband did no better w limes. Redesign please.

Thought I was going crazy.... how could the ziploc brand bags be difficult to close... seems it is a common problem that Ziploc seems to want to solve over the phone. Re-design needed plain and simple.

I loved the different sizes and the amount of bags. Makes packing lunch so easy and less waste. A bag for your sandwich s bag for your snacks and a bag for your chips easy peasy. They are stayed sealed and was easy to seal

I can not close the easy open tabs on the snack size bags. I try and try and end up throwing the bag away in frustration. The original design of snack bags was fine, had not problems closing them. Never had a problem opening the bags.

We use these bags to hold everything the zip lock closure keeps everything secure. The bags are thick and dont break easily like some other bags I have tried.
