Like just about every other review, I'll say the same thing: I've been a customer for decades, but no longer. This new design does not seal properly. Even when they LOOK sealed, they are not. Cut fruits and other foods with liquid leak 9 out of 10 times. We bought a big box, and I hate to waste them, but it's a small price to pay for not having to wash off everything else in my lunch every single day. I'm not waiting to finish the box, I'm looking for a competitor's product ASAP.

I have used Ziploc bags since I was a kid, I never buy other brands because Ziploc use to be the best. Not anymore, I can not repeat can not get these closed! If you manage to get them closed they are ok, but what is the point if I put them in my in my kids lunch if they can't close them. I thought maybe it was a box that I got was bad, but that is not the case my second box will not close either. Unfortunately I will not be buying any more in the future unless something changes.

At first I thought that these bags were too small to be of any use. Now I buy them all the time because they are great when you need a small bag rather than waste a bigger one. Not only do I use them for small portions of food, I also use them for household items that I don't want to lose or small parts to something bigger, like screws.

I bought the snack size bags because they said easy open. Once I started using these bags I could not CLOSE 95% of the time. I'm so happy that I didn't buy the sandwich bags also at the time. I don't think I'll be going back to buying your bags unless I hear that they are making them easier to close.

I just bought some of the snack bags and can't get them to close. I found these reviews online and some of these are a year old with the same complaint. I'm switching brands because apparently this is not a one off problem but the new standard of quality.

These easy tab bags are horrible. Every time I try to open one the seal rips off and I have to get a new bag. I can only use these bags once before I have to transfer everything in the bag to a new bag. The quality of these bags is abysmal. I will be switching to a different brand.

So versatile -- The snack size Ziploc bags are the perfect size for a block of cheese (6-8 oz), they hold crackers perfectly, cat snacks, lunch box snacks, everything from paperclips to safety pins, and many other items. Easy to open, they are great for kids and people that have a hard time opening and closing traditional zip bags. Wonderful for organizing small items in the office, small kids' toys (such as beads, craft items or stickers), even for little kitchen items. Fabulous product!

Great bags that are so much more useful than other brands. Not only do I use them for food storage, I also use them to prep individual food items, to store smaller items for travel, and to keep other small odds and ends organized and safe. They are a tried and true brand that I keep coming back to.

I have been a long time Ziploc user. For the first time I am seriously thinking about using another product. Since your revamping of the easy to open or easy to close opening, I am finding it very difficult to close and spend to much time trying to align to close the bags. I use both the snack and sandwich bags on a dialy basis and am not pleased with this product.

I just went to replenish our inventory of snack bags to find they are now imported from Thailand. Why would we not be able to make such a simple product in the United States anymore? We won't be putting our fresh foods in a bag that has traveled so far and been made under unknown conditions. Fortunately, there are many competitive brands still made in the U.S.A. and we will be shifting our business elsewhere.
