Slow drip fixed!

Our machine worked amazing for 3 weeks and then drip, drip, drip. Tech support solutions did not help so we were going to return it. I saw the review from Hans on 12/27. I checked the infuser and sure enough, there were 2 filters stacked together. I removed the extra and now the machine is working perfectly again!

Great machine --- when it works!

We have owned the machine for less than two years and it has been in for repairs twice while under warranty. This last time we were told there is nothing they could do! Waiting to hear back if Delonghi will refund or supply a new machine. :(

Great coffee, finicky steps

Makes great coffee and great espresso. It is a bit finicky in terms of the order of operations. I don't like how the water at the heat up and rinse phases are supposed to go into the tray. I just put a mug under the spout to catch this water instead. Descaler isn't too expensive.

Great espresso

We've had this Magnifica for 3 weeks and are very pleased. Makes great espresso as strong as you like and I like it strong! I steam my half and half and you can make it as hot and frothy as you like. I was tired of going to that coffee shop that charges a fortune and is very inconsistent. I make the perfect drink without leaving the house.

All We Could Ask For

My wife and I love this machine. Makes perfect Espresso and Cappuccino perfectly every time. The machine is fully adjustable especially for the temperature which the preset hotness never seems really hot enough. No problem! Simple adjustment makes it hotter. This unit replaces an older DeLongi Magnifica Espresso machine. This new unit is vastly superior to the older one. The Walmart price was excellent, by far the best price we found and the free shipping option to our local store save us some extra bucks. The in store pickup was so simple with the new locker system they've recently installed. In and out in less than 3 minutes! Wow!!

very true, grinder operation

I have to push to beans under the cone on top of the grinder every time I make a cup of coffee. I have had the machine for one and one-half years now.
