This play set is Amazon! My husband and I put it together over a few days. We had a couple pieces that needed replaced due to breaking in shipping, but we got them ordered and shipped in under a week! My only complaint on this set is there were a handful of pieces that the pre drilled holes didn’t line up no matter which way you turned the board. Also if there was a way they could differentiate too/bottom and front/back of parts, it would have saved multiple occasions of uninstalling multiple pieces over and over again.

Playground set is really nice, it fit well in a tight backyard however a couple things to note. The BILT app is super helpful and makes building it yourself actually possible, but you have to be on top of part orientation 200%. Sometimes where it says “note hole orientation”, the app isn’t point to the correct holes that need noting. Make sure to look at each piece from all angles in the app and double check over and over again before attaching the pieces. Additionally, the pieces aren’t coated in any waterproofing. At all. And the wood is not cedar or redwood so it can’t handle rain. You have to waterproof it yourself. And when there’s hundreds of pieces it’s not a small task or feat. For the price, it should have been a higher quality wood. On the topic of quality, the screws and nails included are incredibly cheap and end up being stripped the moment you try to tighten it. Also, they don’t provide very many extra pieces so if you lose one, you have to order it from them and wait for it to come, or try and find an alternative at a hardware store. To be fair, we had a few pieces of the set that came warped or broken and customer service was excellent about sending replacements, no questions asked... but the replacements got lost via FedEx and took 3 weeks to come. If you’re planning on building this yourself, give yourself a few weeks. It works best if two people are building and a third person is managing, seeing what will happen next and collecting the parts for it so it’s ready to be built right away.

while the construction is doable for novices willing to spend 4 eight hour days putting it together, it is extremely difficult. every screw, bracket, and piece of wood was supplied. nothing was missing, which was really great as we had read many reviews where people had to wait for delivery of missing parts. we are conscientious and able to follow complex diagrams but found several mysterious instances of holes not lining up - until we realized that despite our attention to all details we had installed a piece in the wrong orientation. this resulted in several frustrating episodes of deconstruction of a segment just to switch a piece from up to down or side to side. additionally, there are several areas where the instructions did not inform to leave spaces between wood slats on the platforms, so we ended up with a larger gap at one end. while the product is made of cedar, it is of poor quality. the wood splints easily and pieces could easily be snapped in half if your not careful. even while being extremely careful to line things up correctly, many times the screws split the wood. the color chips off easily and i can't imagine how long the finish is going to last with the usual use the playground is expected to have. all the above being said, at this point i would still say it is worth getting. when weighing what we're capable of building ourselves, calculating the cost, time, and concern that whatever i build should be child safe (the kids play under the playground, too!) this purchase from Sam's Club was a great deal and we are happy we bought it.

I bought this playset for my two little boys. One is 2 years old and one is 7 months. Constructing it took a bit of time. It’s definitely a two person job at a minimum. My dad helped who is very familiar with building and construction. It took us around 30 hours to get it all together. Definitely a labor of love but so worth it. My 2 year old loves it. Loves the windows, the crows nest and the slides. I’m glad I bought this model so they can grow into it instead of having to replace it in a couple years for a bigger playset. The instructions are pretty good. It could use some minor changes to help those of us not as good with building and construction. Organization is definitely key to putting this together. Color coding the hardware bags would be super helpful. Customer service was great! We were missing the tube slide box from shipment. I called, they opened a ticket to find the box. They couldn’t and automatically shipped a new one. Shipping was very quick! Would recommend this playset! It’s worth the money!

It was intense to put together with about two full days with 4 adults and random evenings just two adults. Took about 2 1/2 weeks but it came out really great. I would just say to really pay attention to orientation of the boards. That definitely bit us later on.

Great playset! Worked on it here and there over about a 2 week period. Had a second person help for certain sections (the roof, holding boards up etc) and my older daughter finding and handing me boards and bolts certainly sped things along. We did have to modify 3 boards by shaving off a very small sliver in order to fit (very tight floorboards). I did have to contact customer service and they were very helpful and the missing part was shipped promptly. I plan on adding an additional small board for the picnic table section as it is a bit wide and narrow and I'm concerned that over time it will start to bow. Overall a great playset I purchased this for my 3 1/2 year old and she can climb up the rock wall and use all the features without assistance.

Grandkids and friends are having a great time. It is a fun little playset, the quality is alright - we had to make reinforcements and will take sealing the wood more than once a year to keep it decent. Also, if you have strong winds like we do, you'll need to make sure it is secure in the ground. The anchors provided won't hold up to our wind.

My grandson loves the skyfort. It takes a long time to build though because of all the parts.

This is a great playset. Our 3 year old loves it. Assembly: Took me and a friend (who has experience in construction) 2 full days. We started by laying out the first box on the driveway, then figured it would be best to just dig what we need from the boxes for each step. That took a while, we so we ask my wife and older kids to help separate all the boards and put post it notes on them. This was a huge help. Be ready for the tube slide assembly to be a kicker. Took us about 2 hours by itself. Overall, I think this is a good product and I am glad I decided to assemble myself (and not pay $1,000 for that service). However, I may be thinking otherwise if I had been doing it myself.

Wow! I love this set! The app they have to walk you through setup made it super easy to understand and make sure we got it together correctly. Everything was very clearly marked and, once sorted, easy to find. My son and my niece have been enjoying playing on it already the past few days as I finish up the last few steps.
