Instructions are good but the problem I ran into was the part number markings are very hard to find on the wood pieces and had some wood with cracks that would split when tightening the hardware. Each box did have a parts list in them and that helped some with finding to right pieces. This took me 2 and 1/2 days to complete with some help when it was available.

Easy instructions with the App. Suggest all hardware would be labeled bolder along in zip lock bags would be awesome. I would also suggest staining from the get go to protect the playset

Lovely. So much fun and beautifully thought out. The app makes it very easy to follow the assembly directions. Give yourself about 40 hours of assembly time and at least 2 strong adults to lead the adventure. Our boys love it and it looks amazing :)

For $800 assembly I expect better service. It took a month from delivery for it to be assembled. The first team that showed up were texting me personally with odd messages. It wasn’t a professional team, it was a man and his parents and dog. They opened all the boxes across my back patio and said they were done for the day after 2 hours. They didn’t come back. I got rescheduled with a new assembly team but week after week there was a problem with the assembly team and the date would get pushed. All while the pieces are scattered across my patio in the elements. Too hot, could rain. It’s frustrating. We were about to cancel but finally got a team to assemble this in one day. The second team did a great job. I feel the process/my experience is ridiculous for the cost and would not recommend assembly to anyone.

I was thoroughly impressed with how simple this swingset was to put together and I would recommend downloading the BILT app to assist with the assembly as well. However, expect to spend at least a few days, depending on how many people you have helping, putting it together. I spent 6 to 8 hours a day for 3 days putting this together by myself. I did however have my wife helping me one of those days and it was extremely handy to have an extra person handing me the lumber and hardware to attach it with. If I were to put another one together I would easily take an extra 2 to 3 hours and in a more detailed manner lay all the hardware out next to the corresponding parts. I did lay all the lumber out on a tarp and matched all the pieces together but seperately piled the hardware in a different pile. I would suggest reading through the manual and the BILT app and like I said match the hardware with the corresponding parts. Other than that I've got no complaints and my son loves it.

We absolutely love our SkyFort III. It is much bigger in my opinion than what it appears in the photos. The finished product is so rewarding to watch my son enjoy it so much. He is constantly saying daddy let’s slide. My kiddo is 3 years old and this works great for him. I have personally been down the straight slide, in the crows nest, up the ladder and on the swings. I weigh about a-buck-80 and I’m definitely stressing the wood so I’d say this will get us by until about 10 or so. If you are reading this and are interested in time to assemble it calls for I believe 23hrs with 2 people. I can tell you it will take every bit of that. I had 4 people one 7-hour day and my self another 5 hours the following day to finish. The tube slide is definitely a 3-4 hour task alone. One thing that’s a little frustrating is that it comes with a big box of bolts but they are poorly packaged. For instance the rock wall took like 72 screws of a certain size yet there where 500 for example and you just set them to the side until a future step in the build. If I were buying this for my kids outside of the holiday season and didn’t have to have it assembled by a certain date I would gladly pay the 700 bucks to have it assembled. If you are a single dad without a lot time or extra hands hire a contractor. If you plan to build yourself I definitely would recommend assembling the crows nest on the ground prior to placing it into position. My neighbor purchased the same thing and actually assembled much faster and one of the things he did after watching me struggle was assembled the crows nest on the ground. Another tip is to find the Phillips head tool that comes with the set as it prevents you from over tightening the deck screws which I did.

First and foremost beware when it says 25+ hours to put together they are not lying. Download their BILT app and USE it. It's much better than the instructions. Do yourself a favor and separate/ organize all the wood and hardware before you start. It's worth the 30 minutes it will take you. Only reason it's not 5 stars is several holes didn't line up right and needed to be redrilled. A right angle attachment for your drill (which is not mentioned in supplies) will make your life much easier. And several cuts of wood were not labeled/splintered and had to be sanded or glued. It's not overly difficult to assemble just time consuming. Overall it's a very nice unit for the price and seems built to last for years.

Great product, still working on putting it together. Directions are ok. The best thing to do is mark in the instruction’s which box each piece of wood is in as it’s not stated. I went through the all the instructions 1st with the box contents and write on each page where to find them. Its goes faster with someone getting you the parts. I built most of it in my garage them carried it to my yard once it go so big. Good luck

The young ones absolutely love the play set. Assembly, however, was a bit of a challenge due to some missing pieces. Thank heavens for handy family members with carpentry skills who were able to fabricate pieces to complete assembly rather than waiting for company to reply. That being said, the play set is great!

We bought this for our granddaughter and she loves it and uses it daily. My husband and I started putting it together but he had to travel for business and it wasn't something I felt like tackling alone in the Arizona heat so I ended up hiring someone. It took him 3 days to assemble it. I would not recommend assembling it alone just because it will take forever to track down the all the parts for each step. (I put all the hardware in a long box in their bags in numerical order to make it easier to find what was needed). It's sturdy and the quality is great. We'll see how it does in 100 plus degree weather in the future but right now it's great.
