Great picture, sound issues

Picture is great on this model. This is the second Samsung I've bought in the last three years, and have had sound problems with both. First one sound would not start on power up 100% of the time, second one has occasional static that a reboot fixes. YMMV.

You can check by going to: Home > Menu > Settings > Support > Software Update. If the sound is still not to your liking after updating firmware, there are several sound settings you can adjust to suit your personal preferences. • Sound Modes may better meet your personal preferences. Go to: Menu > Settings > All Settings > Sound > Sound Mode, or Expert Settings to fine-tune and customize your sound. • Adaptive Sound will also further optimize sound quality by analyzing the viewing space and the acoustic components of the content. Best viewing ever!!

I had a perfectly good older Samsung 55” that was still giving me good service and I was reluctant to replace it. However I had the perfect spot for a 75”. I shopped around and finally settled on the 75” Class QLED 4K Q60DD. I am very satisfied with the new TV. The size, features, and performance are great! The ability to adjust and customize the the appearance of the screen allow me to adjust viewing to my pleasure and satisfaction. I enjoy many different types of outdoor sports and the performance of the TV for that type of viewing is excellent. Every TV in my house is a Samsung and has provided the value and service I was expecting. I’m not super technical but I do know what I like and I love this TV!

Almost perfect

We really like the picture when it is the right size. Many times it changes to 2/3 of its full size. Sometimes after turning it off and then starting it again it will return to full screen mode. Sometimes we have to reboot it. This is frustrating as we like the quality of the video and the audio.

Samsung created an Excellent TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used all kinds of Samsung items from phones to refrigerators. Once again, Samsung is a superior product. This is the first TV I have seen that comes with a rechargeable remote control. No more batteries. The picture is vivid with beautiful colors. The sound is great. It had all kinds of games on it. Including some really popular ones. With this TV, you wouldn't have to pay for streaming services. It comes with its own channels. They have something for everyone. They have ghost stories to murder mysteries and everything in between. I absolutely love this TV. I would definitely recommend it!

Awesome picture.

This is the perfect TV for our bedroom. I wanted to upgrade from a quality standpoint, but my wife wanted a small enough TV to stay hidden in our armoire. The picture quality is great. This is perfect to have on while I fall asleep to a ball game.

Excellent

Completely satisfied. This purchase replaced an older flat screen tv which didn't have smart functionality. I was uncertain about the new remote being user friendly and had intended to buy the standard remote as an additional item. The new remote has a learning curve since each button has multiple functions depending on whether it is depressed or toggled. Also, bringing up the onscreen number pad isn't immediately available on a cold startup. The voice control has the same issue. Our tv signal is OTA with an attic antenna, and the setting allow the set to power up to the channel being watched when turned off, just like the old tv's.

Room for improvement

The visual & audio are fine. Navigation for us older, non/low tech elders is difficult. I would suggest a folder where we could add a link to all the programs we are watching & when we finish a series, we could remove the link. You include a "watch list" now. The new folder could be called "watching list".

Best tv I have ever owned

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I originally bought this for the guest room but after gaming on it myself it now lives in my bedroom. It works perfectly for streaming as well. The picture is great across all platforms I have tried. The sound is also exceptional for a flat screen. I would highly recommend this tv to anyone looking for a tv that works perfectly for all your viewing needs.

Great TV Purchase

My wife and I purchased our new Samsung 32” television and installed it in our kitchen/dining area. We spend quite a bit of time there and we don’t miss our sports, movies, or just keeping an eye on regular tv shows while cooking or snacking.
