The picture is fine, but the TV has a mind of its own. It will just switch from whatever I was watching to some random channel or app. Also turn itself off for no apparent reason. I just turned it from a smart TV to a dumb one since that's the way I watch it usually. Too much trouble to go through a bunch of clicks to get to the regular TV stations, also having it tell me I'm not connected even though I am.

I have been a Samsung customer for years, both with televisions, cell phones, appliances, and other electronics. We presently own a number of large screen Samsung TV's in addition to the QLED 4K Q60DD we recently purchased. We have never been disappointed with the quality of any of the Samsung products. I am always amazed at the continued improvement Samsung brings to their electronic products, from cell phones to TV's. The new 65" QLED 4K Q60DD is no exception. It is a high quality product that provides terrific 4k viewing and quality sound.

Bought this a few weeks ago, great price. Love the picture. While we do have all of the streaming services, Samsung offers their own TV programing. It all seems to be a bit outdated content but being old myself, I do find some programs on there to bring me back to days gone by.

I got the 50 inch Q60D as a birthday present, and it like it so far. I have a Spectrum cable box, a Sony 4K UltraHD player and a Nintendo Switch hooked up to it. It has 3 HDMI ports, 2 USB ports, and an optical audio output on the back. The built in speakers don't sound the best, so you might want to have an external audio device like a home theater system, soundbar, or stereo system hooked up to the TV. The HDMI3 port also can be set up as an HDMI audio return channel(ARC) or you can use the optical audio output. I have the optical audio output hooked up to my late 80s Onkyo TX-850 2 channel stereo receiver with the help of a JTECH-D2A3 Digital to Analog Converter

WOW! what a viewing experience. This is as close to sitting in my own private movie theater as I can imagine. Beautiful visuals and exceptional audio. I haven't even hooked up my sound bar. This set far exceeds my expectations. An excellent investment.

Love this TV. We needed an upgrade for our living room. After extensive research this was the best TV that was within our budget. Its such a beautiful TV the colors the images are insane. I have had Samsung TVs for over 15 years now. I won't purchase any other TV EVER as they can't be beat. Even my oldest TV is still around a 40" and the quality is unmatched. If you are on the fence you won't be disappointed with this TV or any Samsung TV.

Brought this several months ago and I'm still trying to figure out how to use it. The picture is great but as to be expected these days there are no manuals included with the set and the on line ones leave a lot to be desired. I want a PAPER manual that I can hold in my hand while trying to learn how to use my TV.

I'm 82 year old who finally had to replace my 25 year old JVC. In the beginning I struggled with the set-up, Luckly I had nephew who understood the new technology and got it Working. The TV is GREAT, beautiful picture, I'm very happy. HOWEVER the remote is difficult for me to use. Its to small, keys hard to read. I still can't figure how to use the sound control. AGAIN Luckly my nephews set it up so I can control with my old cable box remote9 Works great for me), TV picture is excellent.

I purchased my new QLED 70” to replace my nine year old Samsung. The changes in regards to the color and clarity are truly amazing. I compared the Samsung QLED to other top brands and dollar for dollar the Samsung was the best value. I really enjoy watching sports and movies and will recommend this set highly.
