the weight of motor makes the the fan tilt in the base i have hard wood floor and it started leaning as soon as i attached the head of the fan

We use this to save on ac bill. It puts out a pretty good cfm's for it's size. I would recommend this at the $40 price point.

Fan cannot be securely attached to base. Any time you move it, it’s a two part process— fan and base separately. Otherwise the fan itself is great.

This fan is whisper quiet no doubt. However, I was hoping it would put out a little more air than it does. Replaced a 10 year old Lasko fan with this new one. Doesn’t come close to the workhorse I previously had. But it is quiet!

I've bought Lasko products for years. I had to replace 3 pedestal fans and went right to Lasko. Omg, have they cheapened down! I've tried several styles and returned them all.

This fan is a good deal from the upgrade to the former model we have both and this fan being that it has so many speeds is great for working with our new portable Dura Comfort 14,000 BTU Air Conditioner, it helps to pull the air in the bedroom an around the corner so as to sleep really good at night, I love a cold room in the summer time. And this fan really makes it possible to have that I would definantly recommend this to anyone about buying It works really great.
