The fan goes up to 12 speeds, the first few are very quiet. Of course ramping up to the higher speeds will give you more air and more noise but it still is more quiet than the old manual Lasko fan that I own. I didn't realize that you can press the dial to switch the speeds in four steps at a time. I'm hoping I can wait for another sale so I can have another one of these in my poorly ventilated house.

She likes it. Has all the features she expected. Pretty stable despite the ultralight build. Myself, I prefer heavy, powerful, and 20 year purchase investments

I have never found a fan that puts out so much cool air on those hot days and has 12 speeds so when i don't want to hear i can turn down and still stay cool

This replaces another Lasko fan that we bought at Walmart. The other fan was quite noisy, but this one is nice and quiet. We run it as extra cooling in the bedroom during these hot summer nights.

this fan has 12 speeds. yes, 12. from softest whisper all the way to "i don't think we're in Kansas anymore, toto". this fan moves some serious airflow. and the remote....chefs kiss! love it! took less than 10 mins to put together. no tools needed. Who doesn't love that? wanted to get a second fan but was out of stock when I went back. I will wait though. totally worth it.

Great for sleeping ! We really enjoyed having the 12 levels. The higher the level the louder. When it was too loud I would turn it down to 5 to still get a nice breeze.

The upper part of the fan is plastic so went you try to put together it does not align together! Because one part of the plastic is a little bigger than the other! For the price of the fan I thought it would be better quality! Though the power on it is great.

this item is 95% plastic charging $65 Yes it's quiet on the lowest of settings but on any setting that's usable it's just as loud as my $25 Walmart special if you're solely getting this for the quiet it's it's not worth it buy the cheap one. and for $65 they can't even spot you the two AAA batteries to run the remote. way overpriced for function it feels cheap it goes together cheap this is not a $65 fan.

Wobblily, Loud, more watts than I've seen in a fan with a DC motor.

A piece of junk. Very difficult to assemble and then started to come apart soon after I finished. Returned it to the store and received a refund which I appreciate.
