This fan is whisper quiet no doubt. However, I was hoping it would put out a little more air than it does. Replaced a 10 year old Lasko fan with this new one. Doesn’t come close to the workhorse I previously had. But it is quiet!

Best fan ever! This is our second Lasko, 18 inch fan with remote. One in our bedroom, I turn the fan down from 12 to 10, and put it on oscillate with the remote, when I go to bed. The second one, the new one is in the kitchen for afternoon dinners, keeping me and my guests cool and comfy!

Finally a fan that has my needs met. Quiet , High power, easy to assemble so, easy to clean. Very happy with the quality and the remote is a bonus. It seems Lasko is my go to fan. I’ve tried others and returned them. This fan is very quiet until the high speeds 10 and above but for me the noise is very minimal. The assembly process for this senior woman was simple and if you have had other fans of this style it’s gunna be simple for you too. Comes with large easy to read manual.

Depends on your needs. For stationary day time use it would be great.(5*) For sleep time bedroom use, not so great (2*). Oscillation makes a annoying rumbling noise %26 the lights (even after they dim ) are way to bright. 12 speeds from barely moving to tornado speed (many useless).

Bought a very similar fan several years ago from Sams. This one is just ok, not as good as the older models. But this was better than the one at Walmart. Low speed is useless, barely blows and air. On lower speeds, the fan wobbles A LOT, but it's fine on higher speeds. It does the job, but probably wouldn't buy again.

So far the fan work great no problems with the mechanics of the fan. What I like about the fan is the it has a remote. The height of the fan is ok, the height should’ve been taller for me. Also I would like to see one in twenty inch with a remote just like this one. I know that I would buy and few other of my friends too.

Couldn't put fan together

This fan is great! 12 different settings from just a very gentle breeze to hold on to your hat!

I purchased a fan online. The base was cracked. My son went to Sam's store and picked up another one for me. I was going to return the first one on my next trip. The second fan is also BROKEN! Cracked off piece to hold the blades in place. I had thought the problem with the 1rst fan was in delivery. Quality Control Lasko? A shame, I have been buying these fans for years. Unfortunately I will be returning both for a refund, not a refund.

Bought this fan and I was unable to attach the blade to the motor. No big deal, it might’ve just been a defective fab. Trekked back the 30 miles to the Sam’s club because I didn’t want to be out in a cabin on a lake in the summer without a decent fan and sure enough and I exchanged it for another of the same model. Took it outside and tried to make sure that I could attach the blade to the motor and sure enough I couldn’t do it. To be fair I didn’t pound it with a mallet or use excessive force so I wouldn’t break it, but it should not be anywhere near as hard to put it on. I watched the YouTube video of its assembly and it was supposed to just pop right on with no force needed. I returned the 2nd one and just got a tower fan. Same price for the tower fan minus the 60 miles round trip I wasted bringing this one back
