It's not very well made as far as sturdiness for such a big base and such a large fan top the top of it's very loose. It's just not as powerful as I thought it was going to be especially for a $75 fan. It’s just not as powerful as I thought it was going to be especially for a $75 fan. It just feels very cheap. It doesn’t seem like it’s solid and it’s very hard to get it to point down if you really want to point down a little bit. And even if you have the adjustment knob tightened. It’ll still move up and down. It’s just not a very sturdy fan.

The Lasko 18" Pedestal Fan was a replacement for a 20" Lasko Pedestal Fan that I had used for over 8 years. It was damaged during my move, so I researched other fans. I was hesitant that the 18" wouldn't provide the power that my old fan had, but I was wrong. This fan has 12 speeds, oscillates, has a timer, adjustable height, and a remote. It is truly an awesome fan for the money. I'm sure I'll have it for another 8-10 years. It was also easy to put together, and is easy to take apart to clean the fan blades.
