Multiple fans with badly balanced blades

Bought 3 of these fans for our house, assembled them and all had issues. Every single one of them whistles above setting 3 and has extremely unbalanced blades. At setting 2, the fans rock back and forth about an inch. At setting 12 the whole motor assembly is shaking violently. The dc motor is extremely quiet and power efficient according to my watt meter, but the unbalanced fan blades are a deal killer on this one. Not sure how that's screwed up multiple times. Returned all to local sams.
