I totally love the MM riced cauliflower...I steam fresh kale with onions, cherry tomatoes, garlic & onion & add a package of the cauliflower! Yummy! healthy too

I made the fried rice recipe and was amazed at how delicious it turned out. My family members came back for seconds! This will be a new vegetable staple in our house. I can't wait to try different recipes with this!

I used to make homemade cauliflower rice in a processor (careful to not over pulse it) but I reluctantly tried this premade brand because I needed a quick option. It's superior to my homemade and I prefer it as it keeps the texture better, is easy to use and saves a ton of time. It's now a staple in my routine. I cook it in a pan with a little oil and add water to steam it if I want it softer. I like the rice texture and have also pureed it to make a mashed potato texture. Excellent item.
