Love this riced cauliflower. I add it to chili, cook it with a little olive oil and onion, use instead of rice, sometimes I add amino acids that taste like soy that is delicious. It is low in calories and high in nutritional value.

Definitely recommend if you are looking for a healthier rice sub or even to add more healthy veggies to your diet, great taste, easy and fast to prepare. The texture is not quite like rice but is a really versatile item once you mix with other ingredients, add your favorite seasoning and make it into other meals you won't even notice is cauliflower!

Full disclaimer- my family are all self-proclaimed rice-aholics. Like, we buy rice 50lbs at a time, have a dedicated rice cooker that gets near daily use and has a permanent home on our counter. However, health issues and carbs- meh. Riced Cauliflower- sounded scary at first but so glad we tried it. So, it's not a straight substitute for a side of white rice, but any recipe for mixed/flavored rice will do. And if you're going to jump on this bandwagon, Sam's can't be beat for flavor, quality and value.

I wasn't sure we'd like riced cauliflower but we're trying to cut back on carbs so I thought I'd give it a try. I served it the first time under Ranch Chicken and it was great. Then I decided to try it with Beef Stroganoff again it was great. I did eat some by itself and thought the taste was very good. One change that I made was to microwave it for 5 minutes instead of 4. At 4 minutes there seemed to still be a few cool spots but it was perfect at 5 minutes. This will be a new staple in my freezer!

I’ve honestly never bought riced cauliflower before so there’s that……I use this in place of rice in stir fry. Fills the void without the carbs.

Good quality and good price for cauliflower rice. It has helped a lot with my household’s transition to a keto diet.

I added this to an egg roll in a bowl recipe. It was good and quick to microwave. It gave a great addition and rice texture to the meal.
