I did not know what to expect from riced cauliflower but have heard so much I had to try it. First surprise was how quick to prepare. The texture was perfect, a satisfying firmness that was unexpected with a "cook from frozen" product. Best of all I used the recipe on the back panel and my husband and 5 year old son want me to make again this week. Wow is all I can say. I whipped up a basic stir fry using the recipe on the package and will keep this in rotation. Looking forward to trying more carb friendly recipes with this product.

I have used a few brands of this vegetable. I really liked this riced cauliflower. The texture is better than others and the size of the pieces are a little bigger. I fried it up in a pan with a little butter, salt, and pepper. This was the best way to serve and eat this product. Will definitely be buying this product again!

I bought this product to replace the rice in my house hold And it was a hit with my teens. Must add spices and sauces to better the taste, because by itself doesn’t taste that good. I also used it to make pizza crust and it worked out great. Definitely will be purchasing again and make it a routinely side dish in my house.

This was my first experience with frozen riced cauliflower. It cooked well and was not watery, making it a nice addition to our meal. The flavor was just as expected. We will definitely be keeping this on hand because it was so easy to cook and we’re watching the amount of carbohydrates we’re consuming these days.

I've tried other brands before and thought this was just as good if not better. I like the package size. I used it in place of rice in taco bowls.

First time having rice cauliflower and couldn't be more satisfied. We had this instead of rice with our stir fry. Delicious. Not sticky, tasty and nutritious. This will definitely be one of our go tos in the future.
