I love this! So good to add to soups, stews and stir-fry meals

I bought the riced cauliflower and made a pilaf with it. Sautéed up some chopped onion in butter until browned, added the thawed cauliflower and a generous splash of chicken broth then simmered until warm. Delicious! I will definitely be purchasing this again.

I was very resistant to trying riced cauliflower because I love rice so much after living in Japan for four years. My husband tried it and told me it was really good. However, I still refused to try it. I recently got diagnosed with diabetes and had to make a drastic lifestyle change. I finally agreed to try it. I got the Member's Mark one because of the price, and I loved it. It hit home how my unwillingness to change has destroyed my health. I will continue with this brand because my husband has tried several brands and he thinks this one is the best.

I was so happy to find out that Sam's Club was carrying Riced Cauliflower. I purchased the Riced Cauliflower over the weekend and was super excited to find out if it was going to be as delicious as when I tried it for the first time. I had made mine from scratch the first time I tried it, but it was so messy that I never made it again. I had planned to make Ceviche and was really hoping that once I defrosted the cauliflower it wouldn't turn in to mush. To my surprise it defrosted nicely and it tasty just like it was freshly shredded on a mandoline. I can't wait to use it as rice replacement, I'm sure it will turn out delicious as well. Highly recommend this Riced Cauliflower.

I purchased this for the first time ever and I was pleasantly suprized by it. I made Mexican rice with it and it was amazing. I like how there are 4, 12 oz separate bags in the package instead of it all in 1 bag.
