TV was only available for delivery, received first television. It was broken. Contacted customer service for replacement received second television. It was broken worse than the first one.

We love this tv for many reasons. The high definition is awesome and you feel like you are in the picture. Incredible depth perception! The colors are magnificent, especially when watching scenic views and Disney movies.

The picture is perfect true 4k . The sound is very good even without a sound bar. Gaming on this tv is a beautiful picture. It’s a must buy You have to play around with the settings to get the tv picture where you want it and if you have a sound bar you must change settings on your tv for your sound bar to come alive.

I was searching online for decent affordable televisions for 2 bedrooms. The price point for Vizio turned my attention from my previously preferred brand, Samsung. I decided to give the brand a try, and wow! The picture and capabilities far exceeded my expectations. And the system integrates so well with other technologies like Apple, Alexa and more. As a huge bonus, the selection and quality of free channels are impressive! My next tv purchase will likely be a Vizio.

Impressed with the ease of the setup process of the TV! The overall quality of the screen is what I was hoping for but wasn't quite sure how good it would be. No issues or problems of any kind. Don't want to jinx myself with the praise of the Vizio TV! 🖖😁👌

Good TV, red is a little intense but much better picture than my last TV. Great connectivity. I paired it with the Vizio surround sound and I use both Viziocast and Apple play to cast from my phone all the time. Vizio app is easy to turn volume up and down, I put the remote in a drawer and haven’t even needed it. 5 stars

I didn't want to believe the bad reviews after owning Vizio TV's for so long but it's pretty obvious they aren't what they used to be. First off this tv feels cheap compared to the old M series it was supposed to replace this thing is super flimsy. Opened the undamaged box, got the feet on, got it on the entertainment center and started removing the protective screen covering only to find a huge manufacturing defect in the screen/ back housing. Looks like a mold issue for the plastic parts but the whole screen is bent as well. Returning this and never looking back already ordered an LG C3. This should have never left the factory and if Vizio had any sort of quality control at all this wouldn't have been missed.

the good: large screen, colorful picture, wonderful GUI, turned on fast, turned off fast, overall a decent TV. the bad: sound quality was decent but faulty. sound would just break up and distort. HDMI would just drop out, nothing I would do could bring the picture back. I would unplug the cable several times plug it back in, turn the TV on or off and still nothing the TV would not respond. then out of the blue the picture would just return. I thought it was the HDMI cable so I changed it, used six different cables. the results were the same and I doubt I have six bad HDMI cables. I put my old TV back 55 in, no sound issues no distortions and no video drop so clearly this TV was defective. overall Vizio is a great brand. lastly the TV is rated for 120 Hz resolution, hence the reason I purchased it, and I was only ever able to obtain 60 Hz

love this tv. perfect balance between picture quality and refresh rate. always chk the refresh rate of your selected tv before you buy. no less than 120 hrtz . most tv being sold everywhere has a 60 hrtz refresh rate and if you use a smart tv and wonder why it keeps buffering. well thats why. its not your WIFi like most think. 120 is a little more money but worth the extra. the higher the refresh rate, the most costly the tv. 120 or 240 is plenty so dont bother going higher. Loving my new Vizio

Definitely love the Vizio brand. They do not disappointed and they last foreverrrr! My old 32” Vizios I bought from Kmart…yes KMART…are still operating with no problems. I got this one and noticed my PS5 looks extra crispy. There is a Gmaing menu that helps with this. The the dark colors are deep, and reflect an array of beautiful colors on a matte screen. Optional wall mount or stand. I paired it with a vizio soundbar (nothing too crazy since its my bedroom) it is absolutely perfect! I'm contemplating adding lights to this tv as well. 😂
