picture is clean, 120hz refresh makes for super smooth movement. color presets are fairly balanced. being able to use a phone app to remote control os pretty cool. makes up for the included one not being back-lit. sound is just ok. get a quick-clip vizio soundbar, for sure. Mine came bundled and it is awesome! did have some issues connecting the soundbar to vizio app, only 1 device can be connected to the soundbar at a time. also, have had to do a semi-hard reset on it a couple of times because the subwoofer became unpaired with the bar somehow. semi-hard reset is what I call having to unplug both from power for 20secs, then replug in sequential order, then repair. otherwise this TV bundle was a complete steal for us on black friday deal.

Exceptional product. Exceptional price. For the money, Vizio is an excellent QLED Quantum Pro TV. The difference between this tv and those considered to be the best of the best is so insignificant, even for a highly trained eye, it's meaningless. For the price, the value is extraordinary.

TV is excellent, however top right corner of tv was damaged, dead zone corner of screen as well. Didn't notice until after installation, at first it just looked like the security screen protector got bubbled....then realized there isn't a screen protector. Doesn't effect the picture or anything, not that noticeable. Had to be manufacturer damage being up inside the styrofoam and no damage or indent in styrofoam so...otherwise excellent tv.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] from all the reviews , but patiently awaiting its arrival. i am very understanding that their doing their best and its only been 6 days and i realize i could not do any better do to the weather. i guess it is to say patience is a virtue. again many thank to your hard working great people. i just guess it would be nice to give people tips out of the kindness of my heart, but i also know they have rules they have to abide by and there has to be a good reason behind it. That i cannot question. so instead tell them thankyou alot and they are appreciated. Thanks again walmart I do very few surveys,but this did deserve my attention.

very surprised with this brand of tvs, was definitely not expecting the level the software is at very simple setup and very intuitive once I calibrated the colors watching a movie was well worth it I'm happy with this TV

I like the faster refresh rate. Aids to see hockey pucks fly on the ice Bigg improvement watching golf. The picture is outstanding. I discontinued my cable co. and saved $200. Now I purchase anything I cannot get free.

I needed to replace my parent's old Samsung that was loosing brightness and found this Vizio model a perfect fit for a 65 inch QLED Smart TV for streaming from various services including YouTube. Highly recommend!

First off, this TV has great specs and visually performs the way you would expect it to. The refresh rate was the main reason I flocked to it. It puts it into a tier all of its own. Being able to pair your Bluetooth headphones to it makes private viewing a pleasure, however, the built-in speakers leaves much to be desired. Where this TV fails is Vizio has too many ads! I came home from work and turned it on preparing to relax. After it went through it's slides of potential content to watch, the screen dimmed then music started to play. One this caught me off guard as I wasn't expecting it and two since I had the volume turned up, I had to turn it down. Soon after, a bunch of video ads just started to play as the TV sat there. It would appear that the screensaver is an ad machine of sorts. This all happened on the home screen. I didn't see it happen while in an app. Another thing is the TV promotes certain apps over others. If you have a less popular app, it doesn't want to appear in the primary space. The easiest way for me to find Crunchyroll was to access recently opened apps. With these issues, I wasn't having it and I returned it immediately to the store. If you can tolerate these situations then this TV is for you.

TV worked well for 5 months, then suddenly stopped working completely. Started rebooting constantly and would not respond to any button presses or factory reset procedures. Had to complete several steps to get warranty coverage.

Returning the 2nd replacement for another brand. Vizio has some very bad quality control and I would stay away until they figure out their internal QA.
