It came April 1st. But we just finished last tuesday but the next day it fell dawn, because the wind is too strong, where we lived in Fort Morgan colorado. We put all the black stakes, but they did not hold anything.. Rig now the entire swing set is wiggle even when just my daugther is swinging...not satisfied too expensive for too poor material...I took photos to prove all that I'm describing..

Pros: it's pretty Cons: quality is lacking at the least. The pre drilled holes in some sections are not in a straight line so you'll either have slants or need to drill new holes if it's off by a good bit. The Door will sag a month in and the wood will start to crack almost immediately. Overall: while the playset is pretty, the price is astronomical compared to the quality and durability it offers. If I were to go back in time I would not repurchase this set.

I got this one for my girl. Took time to put together but directions was SPOT on. Every hole was pre drilled and fit. Every bolt nut and screw was numbered and fit. I’m very happy with it and darn glad I spent the money for it. And my little girl not old enough to tell me but her actions sure shows my she loves it. This is the prettiest, most fun backyard play place I've ever seen. It looks amazing in our yard, the kids love all of the different things to do on it and it was easy to put together. My husband built it alone over 2 weekends (a few hours each day) and it came out wonderful. I cant wait for the years and years of fun this playset will provide my girls.

We built this swingset about a month ago and my kids have been spending time on it every day! We love that there is room for kids of all ages. My 15 month old loves the tunnel and rope swing, and my 4 year old is really enjoying all the features from the rope ladder, to rock wall, to lookout tower! I especially love that the ceilings are pitched allowing for ample headspace for taller kids or adults! It took a full day for 2 adults to put together, but certainly worth the time!

Not sure if it was the manufacturer or Sam's responsible for our terrible experience. Dissatisfied with both since we still have no resolution. Paid over 1600 after tax for basically a damaged product. We purchased on Feb 26,2026. Started putting it together early March to discover pieces broken, wood chipped in multiple places, and somehow holes were drilled in wrong spot. One piece of board was also cut to wrong size. We had center tower assembled and noticed all this so we stopped and notified Sam's customer care who was not helpful at all, just referred us to the local store since we purchased it there. Local store has not been helpful either they strung us along like they were going to help just to now say we can return it for full refund. We would have to completely disassemble what's already together or rent a huge trailer to return it. Then start over rebuilding. It's very time consuming to build. Not wanting to do that if we return it we will buy something else somewhere else. I asked for parts to be replaced and Sam's never contacted manufacturer like they let me to believe they might so I will now try that myself. I asked the store for discount for all the troubles and they offered me a $25 gift card. Are you kidding me? On a purchase that large just $25 discount for damaged goods.

Once I started to separate all the pieces, I was over whelmed. Then I just started one page at a time. Had my son-in-law helping and it went good. There were also extra bolts and screws just incase you drop and loose one. The directions are perfect. All the holes line up. My granddaughter loves it, well worth the money. Now, here is the negative parts. I am missing the magnet part for the door to keep closed. Read carefully which washers to use. There are many, and i didn't pay attention and ran out of washers to fit at he end. Had a lot of little ones, but nit medium. My fault. Overall, this was a great project.

The third party shipping vender that sams had partnered with for the delivery of this item is extremely unreliable. They have changed my delivery date 4 times now. If you plan to buy this item please don't expect it anytime soon. Unfortunately it does reflect poorly on Sam's Club.

4 stars instead of 5 due to shipping delays and poor communication during transit. Also, the wood is fairly lightweight, so I would anticipate a bit of maintenance for it to last very long. That said, took me about 18 hours to assemble; 5 were with help and the rest were solo. Do yourself a favor and invest 1.5 hours to unboxing everything, organize all of your pieces alphanumerically, organize all your hardware by type and alphanumerically, and set up a workstation next to your working area. Avoiding digging through boxes and walking all over the place looking for stuff will really be worth it in the longrun. I didn't bother with the app but the paper instructions were perfectly fine. A majority of the pieces had pilot holes pre-drilled. I drilled some additional of my own pilot holes since the wood is on the softer end, as I mentioned earlier. All in all, I think this is a great set for the price point, considering the size and features.
