Love the product, very fun set with clear instructions. We didn't realize the wood wasn't treated till half way through building it, so make sure to do that first!

We've had this swingset up for about a month now and our 2 1/2 year-old daughter really loves it! I'm so happy I made this purchase. It's aesthetically pleasing and looks really great in our backyard plus provides tons of fun for all the kids.

Excellent playset, have had for about a month now and love it. Took 2 people about 15 hours to put together. This was taking our time with it and probably not as efficient. Overall love the set and the color!

Easy to follow instructions. Had a great time building this. Very rewarding. Family loves it!! Will definitely look into purchasing other backyard discovery items

Paper instructions were very clear (even the ones in French), but app instructions were terrible and did not match the pieces provided. It took 4 people a full day to put this together without issue. It has been two months and the kids love it.

Very disappointed with the quality of this playset. Within just a month or two of installation, multiple pieces of wood developed large cracks and split sections. This wasn't isolated to one board—it occurred throughout several pieces, making it seem like the materials are poor quality and raising serious concerns about durability. We paid for professional assembly, so these concerns are not the result of an installation issue. Even after being professionally assembled, the playset creaks noticeably with my 36-pound child simply climbing and playing on it. It does not feel as solid or well-built as a children's playset should, which raises concerns about its long-term safety and stability. For the amount of money this playset costs, I expected quality materials and a sturdy, reliable structure that would last for years. Instead, we've ended up with a playset showing significant cracking after only a short period of normal use. Based on our experience, I would not recommend this playset.

Built this for our grandchildren and directions/instructions are excellent. Very well explained and every piece fit perfectly!!! I am so impressed with everything supplied. Highly recommended

13 of the hardware packets were missing. Had to call and get them 5 times as the first time they were sent they were all just thrown into 2 bags with no idea what they were.

Awesome playground. A lot of parts and time consuming to put together, but very worth it in the end. My shipment was missing 2 bags of bolts, but I called customer service and I had them FedEx’d to my house within 2 days. Great customer service.

We purchased this play set and are putting it together. As we are pulling pieces out, wood is already cracked. And for the price you pay I would think the wood would be of better quality and for safety of the children who play on it.
