This playground is impressive in size. It took my husband and I about 3 days to assemble. The colors and quality of the wood is much higher quality than ones we’ve used in the past. I gave this product a 4/5 because the main beam above the swings is cracked right down the middle and I worry about how that will hold up against the weather. Our kids are really enjoying it!!

I bought this for my grandbabies and when it was assembled the first level split we put wood glue and proceeded and thought maybe human error. Then the ladder did not touch the ground, my last straw was when they connected the swings and he got on and the beam split. I had to pay someone to put it together I am not paying to have it disassembled. But I did request for them to come and get it. Neither I or my 73 yr old mom are capable of taking ir apart.

Some holes were pre drilled too big. The wood is already starting to crack and it hasn't been a month yet. The door is already sagging making it look bad. Some of the smaller pieces broke when trying to put the t nut on it. 1/4 of the board were warped. The directions weren't great at all, had to take apart some stuff and put together the opposite of what directions say. Had to redrill about 10 holes that didn't line up for the swing and a-frame

I got this one for my girl. Took time to put together but directions was SPOT on. Every hole was pre drilled and fit. Every bolt nut and screw was numbered and fit. I’m very happy with it and darn glad I spent the money for it. And my little girl not old enough to tell me but her actions sure shows my she loves it. I saw this beautiful swing set last year when i was shopping and I knew my two boys wood LOVE it. Well, a few months into it the wood started chipping in various places and seems very soft and not good quality. We are at the year mark and I get nervous having more than 2 kids play on it at a time because of the wood making noise and shifting as they play. Definitely a HUGE let down.

Paid $1000 for this product to be assembled. I have had it for a week and Sam's club is giving me the run around on scheduling it to be assembled which I assume is weeks out. They claim it isn't delivered yet so I have 4 large boxes stuck in my garage and 2 disappointed kids.

Like previous reviews mentioned, the wood cracks shortly after assembly, peeling stain, safety concern at rhe secret staircase entrance from the top, the slide is super awkward, and assembly takes a crazy amount of time. I would not recommend it for the price and longevity. We've only had it for a couple of months and i dont see it lasting more than a year or two. I do no recommend this playset.

The wood is very soft and cheap. After having it for only 4 months and only 2 kids playing on it, the bolts are backing out and the wood is cracking on the tower. We have had to re-tighten the bolts in many places 4 times in the 4 months. The whole thing twists when my 50 lb son swings. I don't feel safe with my children on this playset. I am VERY disappointed with the quality and safety of this product for such a large purchase!

follow the bilt directions is a lot easier than the manual. also lay out the screws, nuts, bolts, washers in numerical order
