This is the prettiest, most fun backyard play place I've ever seen. It looks amazing in our yard, the kids love all of the different things to do on it and it was easy to put together. My husband built it alone over 2 weekends (a few hours each day) and it came out wonderful. I cant wait for the years and years of fun this playset will provide my girls.

We purchased this for my 3 year old directly from manufacturer website. Overall very happy with the purchase. Ordering was easy and it came quickly. We did opt for self installation. Instructions were clear although it is a big project which took several days with 3 of us working on it. It comes packaged in 4 boxes, but the boxes do not coordinate with order of steps for it to be built. My suggestion would be to open all boxes and organize boards alphabetically and bolts /screws/ washers numerically which will really save you time overall. After being built it looks beautiful. Most boards came intact although 1-2 non structural pieces may have had a split in it. Sturdy enough for most kids although boards do bend in on floor when adults stepped on them so we added a few extra pieces of wood for structural support since we knew we'd be climbing in there with our 3 year old. Our 3 years old loves it and know we are going to spend a lot of hours out there this summer.

4 stars instead of 5 due to shipping delays and poor communication during transit. Also, the wood is fairly lightweight, so I would anticipate a bit of maintenance for it to last very long. That said, took me about 18 hours to assemble; 5 were with help and the rest were solo. Do yourself a favor and invest 1.5 hours to unboxing everything, organize all of your pieces alphanumerically, organize all your hardware by type and alphanumerically, and set up a workstation next to your working area. Avoiding digging through boxes and walking all over the place looking for stuff will really be worth it in the longrun. I didn't bother with the app but the paper instructions were perfectly fine. A majority of the pieces had pilot holes pre-drilled. I drilled some additional of my own pilot holes since the wood is on the softer end, as I mentioned earlier. All in all, I think this is a great set for the price point, considering the size and features.

We assembled ourselves… definitely took 3 handy people about 30+ hours. And we stained it as instructed so definitely a lot of work. Some of the boards came cracked but still usable? So far kids are LOVING it! Over engineered to the max! Very safe and very fun!

Love the quality and how it looks in my yard.. My kids Love it and we use it alot.. It did take long to assemble but its well worth it everything ligned up perfectly and instructions help alot.

My son loves it. Great easy to follow instructions. I did it by myself so it’s doable with one person. Seems durable, but time will tell. Would recommend. All the pieces were in included and plenty of extra hardware.

We got this a few weeks ago and it is perfect. It really hits on various ages, ways to play, and challenges for each of my 3 kids and their friends. Overall we are thrilled with this purchase.

Looks great. The manufacturer sends the same hardware kit for all their sets so don't panic when you have extra bolts and screws. I recommend coating every piece that makes ground contact with flex seal. This will help it last much longer.

The communication for the delivery and assembly was great! Everyone involved was professional, courteous, and pleasant. I would highly recommend this playscape!

I bought this for my grandbabies and when it was assembled the first level split we put wood glue and proceeded and thought maybe human error. Then the ladder did not touch the ground, my last straw was when they connected the swings and he got on and the beam split. I had to pay someone to put it together I am not paying to have it disassembled. But I did request for them to come and get it. Neither I or my 73 yr old mom are capable of taking ir apart.
