Nice playhouse!

I purchased this item on December 7th with an expected delivery date of December 19th. Since December 15th, the tracking has shown no updates and the package appears to be sitting with no movement. I have called multiple times and have not received any clear information about where the package is or when it will be delivered. It is now December 21st, and we still have not received the order, which was intended as a Christmas gift. This was a $1,400 purchase, and the lack of communication and resolution has been extremely frustrating. At this point, I am regretting the decision to purchase this item.

I got this one for my girl. Took time to put together but directions was SPOT on. Every hole was pre drilled and fit. Every bolt nut and screw was numbered and fit. I’m very happy with it and darn glad I spent the money for it. And my little girl not old enough to tell me but her actions sure shows my she loves it. Paid $1000 for this product to be assembled. I have had it for a week and Sam's club is giving me the run around on scheduling it to be assembled which I assume is weeks out. They claim it isn't delivered yet so I have 4 large boxes stuck in my garage and 2 disappointed kids.

Great play structure! Kids love it. Took 2 people 2 days to complete. We bought heavy duty anchors to secure it down.

Packaging each section together would make assembly easier, but once organized all pieces were clearly marked. Our grandchildren love it! There are enough activities and equipment to keep everyone busy and happy!

Easy to follow instructions. Had a great time building this. Very rewarding. Family loves it!! Will definitely look into purchasing other backyard discovery items

Love the product, very fun set with clear instructions. We didn't realize the wood wasn't treated till half way through building it, so make sure to do that first!

Paper instructions were very clear (even the ones in French), but app instructions were terrible and did not match the pieces provided. It took 4 people a full day to put this together without issue. It has been two months and the kids love it.

This playground is impressive in size. It took my husband and I about 3 days to assemble. The colors and quality of the wood is much higher quality than ones we’ve used in the past. I gave this product a 4/5 because the main beam above the swings is cracked right down the middle and I worry about how that will hold up against the weather. Our kids are really enjoying it!!
