Great fun for the whole family!  Only negative is the hole for filling the base with sand is way too small, it should be like a 3" hole.

Have not received my basketball hoop yet and have not received any information from Lifetime Products on when it will ship.

No communication

Purchase two hoops for a school.  Kids love them.  Portability a plus.  Missing a part and customer service couldn't have been more efficient.

I can’t raise the height to 10 ft. I’m thinking there’s a defective part but I can’t get in contact with customer service to determine that.

Great on being able to order.  Told by salesman and on line  when ordering the basketball hoop was in stock, immediately after ordering it appeared backordered.  I check regularly still backordered, no communication regarding when it will be in.  Rating right now is zero stars.

No communication is the big issue and being told that you had it until I ordered it.

I bought your Lifetime Quick Adjust Basketball System last Saturday and durning may assembly process I inadvertently cross threaded the Bolt ABI with the AAJ Hex T-Nut.
Amy with your customer service was excellent. I informed her My Grandson (6 yrs)  was coming for a visit this upcoming weekend and would be disappointed if I did not have the court built up and she graciously upgrated to ship two day expedite to allow me time to complete assembly in time for his visit.
