It's still in great working order, which speaks to the product quality. One of the rim compression springs was missing when I took ownership, as well as a rubber gasket, so I reached out to Lifetime via email for a price quote. They responded immediately and are shipping the items as we speak- at no cost to me! Unexpected result that I am overly pleased about, to say the least. I'm not the original purchaser, Lifetime hasn't received any money out of my wallet, yet they treated me like a life-long customer. Well guess what? I'm a Customer for life going forward. I just love shooting around, and at the low tier price point, I could ‘t as for a better value or product. Home run!! It is fun to dunk and feel the rim flex on the springs. Super cool, and reminds me of the Graphite hoops in the 90's that had the spring breakaway rims.

We’re very pleased with this product. My husband and I (6’ and 5’10”) and 12-year-old daughter and 7-year-old son enjoy being together while shooting hoops. We keep it at the 8’ height for our son, but we still enjoy it and don’t feel we’re missing out because it’s lower than the traditional height. It did take about 4 hours to put together, bit we are pretty fastidious with reading and re-reading directions. Measure twice and cut once and all.

I have had an outdoor basketball net for years. when a chipmunk chewed away the water plugs i thought i would chance being able to replace. The customer service chat line was phenomenal, after sending a picture of the base i was sent new plugs! I am thrilled and will definitely purchase any lifetime product in the future. not very often a company is this helpful and goes out of there way for customer satisfaction!! Thank You!

I am 67 and my 12 year old nephew and I did most of the assembly of the 1531 Basketball System in the garage. We were almost done, when we found out a bolt and nut were either missing, or I used them in the wrong spot. We had bought the sand to fill the base, and only had to attach the backboard to the pole, and roll it outside to put the sand in. We kinda panicked at this point, so I emailed Randy, who had helped me with an earlier product issue [totally our fault]. Anyway, after I cleared up what part I really needed, I got an email telling me the part [6 1/2" long 9/16" hex head coarse thread lag bolt and nut] were on the way, no charge. Thanks, Randy!

We are so happy with our new hoop! Assembly took about 4 hours and was definitely a two person job. Directions were easy to follow. We had some challenges with getting screws to line up and easily go into the holes, but with a hammer and a little dish soap to help us out, we finished the job. Now that assembly is done, our kids are enjoying playing basketball every day. An awesome purchase for our family! Thank you Lifetime!

I bought your Lifetime Quick Adjust Basketball System last Saturday and durning may assembly process I inadvertently cross threaded the Bolt ABI with the AAJ Hex T-Nut. Amy with your customer service was excellent. I informed her My Grandson (6 yrs) was coming for a visit this upcoming weekend and would be disappointed if I did not have the court built up and she graciously upgrated to ship two day expedite to allow me time to complete assembly in time for his visit. We've had our basketball hoop for 2 years now and the whole family enjoys it. Extremely well built and easy to adjust. Our pool cleaner ran accidently ran over the base and it collapsed. I contacted Lifetime, their Customer Service told me to take pictures and sent them to them. They shipped a replacement base and plug to my house at NO CHARGE! Wow! We're now Lifetime loyal and will only buy Lifetime products. Thank you again!

Called to inquire about replacement brace poles for Lifetime Adjustable Portable Basketball Hoop and was provided with the parts. I was informed that delivery to Canada would be two and a half to three weeks and received the parts in less than a week. We bought the portable basketball hoop for a Christmas for my son. It was missing a rod to finish putting it together. I contacted the company and with no hassles at all they are Fed ex the part I need. They are pleasant from the time they answer the phone and they are more then happy to get what you need right away.
