The quality has changed since my last purchase

I bought three of these mattresses in 2017 and have been very satisfied with the comfort and quality. However, this most recent mattress purchased is not the same quality. The sides of the mattress are too soft to sit on. I am worried about falling out of bed. How are we supposed to recomposes the mattress and get it back into the box to return it?

firm, but nice

This is a good quality mattress for the price range. I would say its definitely firm. The individual coils make it nice and stable. There is no foam side wrapping, but that doesn't matter much. The shipping was really fast, and a great deal. I'm going to add a topper to this, and then I think it will be just right.

Good purchase

I wanted to wait a while to review the mattress so others could hear a review that could tell you what the mattress was like after sleeping on it for a while. Mattress has been great for us so far. I am a big guy and my wife is smaller. When I tossed and turned on our old mattress it would bounce her and wake her up. Now I toss and turn less and when I do, it doesn't disturb her. Make sure you get a platform bed for it. A box spring will ruin the mattress. We got one for $130 or so on amazon. It has worked well for us. I would rotate it every so often to let it wear more evenly.
