Not as firm as I was expecting. I ordered the firm but the mattress is more like a medium firmness.

It says medium firmness on the box. I would have just as soon slept on bricks.

Not what it says

Bring a buddy to lift with you as it is heavy. But install is very easy.

This mattress is "Hotel Quality" - very solid, firm construction and heavy! Unfolded quickly after release from the box & plastic wrap!  Slept on the floor for several nights before the bedroom suite arrived.  As described on the box!

I want to tell you about the Sam’s Club Members Mark 14-inch Queen Hybrid Mattress from their Hotel Premier Collection - I have to say I’m really impressed!  I replaced my expensive Tempur-Pedic with this one, and I actually like it better.
It’s noticeably thicker than my old Tempur-Pedic, so it fills the entire bed frame all the way to the bottom of my headboard. My pillows no longer fall through the gap like they used to — such a simple but huge improvement.
The zip-off cover is thick, quilted, and zips all the way around, making it easy to wash. It also has two sturdy handles on each side so moving or flipping the mattress is really easy.
Overall, this mattress feels luxurious and delivers great support and comfort. I’m genuinely surprised how much better it is than my old high-end mattress.
I would very highly recommend this mattress!
