Sams has great return policy thankfully. I initially purchased the medium which was more like a firm and then trying to not spend alot went with the soft one. Great quality but this soft is definitely more like a medium. Do not recommend this for side sleepers. Back sleeper this is great purchase and quality mattress but side sleeper look elsewhere. Read all the one star reviews and then read them again. This is not a good mattress, certainly not a luxury mattress. The size is not a true king size even though measurements are given. That means it doesn't fit a king frame nor will king sheets fit right. And it's not that comfortable. Good luck if you decide to buy it anyways.

Had high hope based on prior reviews. Purchased the first of Sept and so far for 2 1/2 weeks it has exceeded my expectations.

I really love this mattress the bad thing is i dont want to get put of bed. It is very heavy which almost impossible to pick up to tuck sheets under.

We find this mattress to be very comfortable and supportive. The price is very good too! King size with medium firmness is what we purchased.

I know it's not a $2,000 mattress but it's such a piece of crap. we're going to be sending it back. you bounce all over on that bed and the sides of the bed are very weak. just junk but what do you expect for 600 bucks?

DREAMY! We purchased two more expensive mattress only to return for these. We are not fans of memory foam and this is a true hybrid. We choose a king split - (2) twin XL, one plush and one medium. Heavenly! The plush is very soft and the medium is on the softer side as well. Personally, I do not feel the “cooling” aspect, but they are not hot like most memory foam. Fluffed up in a couple hours and slept on them same day. Hopefully they will hold up overtime, but you cant beat the price! Highly recommend!

We desperately needed a new mattress for two adults and two dogs. We are larger people and sleep with 60 lb and 12 lb dogs. This mattress is supportive for all the weight it carries from us. We got the medium so we could feel the support but also a touch of plush. Better sleep days are ahead for sure. We have been sleeping on it for about a week and my body is already feeling much better. I have arthritis and my stiffness is much improved so far. As for the unboxing, it was so simple. We opened the box and took the plastic off. The mattress looked and smelled clean. We allowed it to rise and had zero issues with it not being true to size. just buy it already!

Highly recommend for anyone who has never bought a new mattress and is on a budget. We did not want to spend over $1000. I did some research and tried a mattress that we did not see or lay on in person. The reviews did not lie. It is so comfortable. Definitely feels like the higher end hotel beds we have slept on. It arrives in a box. We took it out of the box and placed it on the bed before unwrapping the package. Let it sit for a good 6-8 hours then we slept on it that night. It is a good firmness. Not too hard and not smushy. It is great. My husband overslept after the second night and said it was my fault for buying such a comfortable mattress. I'll take that as a good thing.
