We find this mattress to be very comfortable and supportive. The price is very good too! King size with medium firmness is what we purchased.

We were skeptical but so far we have been impressed with the mattress.

I ordered this mattress TWICE and it was never delivered. Some of the excuses were that it was too hot to deliver, our address doesn't exist, shipment was damaged in transit, etc.

I was initially reluctant, but I am pleased with my recent purchase. I have had split king purple 4 mattresses for a while now, but I wanted to switch to a single king mattress. I'm a 180 pound male who likes a softer feel mattress, and the plush version suits me perfectly. It's has just the right amount of cushion to keep my shoulders from hurting for when I want to sleep on my side, and just the right amount of support for when I want to sleep on my back. I caught this with a $200 off sale, and I believe the quality for price is definitely worth it. I purchased a 4 Way Stretch Micro-Knit fitted sheet for this and it stretches, stays tight, and stays put. No cons so far.

We bought two twins a couple weeks ago (firm for husband and medium for me) for our king size platform. I really couldn't be happier, and my husband likes his, too. We both slept better immediately. Less tossing and turning from him, and I wake up in the same position I fall asleep in, with no extra stiffness/soreness. My only complaint is that when we measured (twice!), the twin x 2 was the correct size according to the chart, but now that they are here, unwrapped, and inflated, maybe the twin XLs would have fit a little better length-wise? Not a big deal for us, though...the foot of the bed is covered in sheets/blankets anyway, so it's not worth time or effort to exchange over a couple inches...but this is just a heads up for others who have different taste in firmness levels and want to try doing the same. Wait for the occasional $50 off and splurge. I think these mattresses are definitely worth it!

Don't waste your time on this mattress. We had two more delivered after the first one was faulty, the first replacement mattress being both the wrong size and the wrong model. Turns out both the first and the third were faulty. Neither expanded to the full 14" height after more than a week of inflate time, both were 70" instead of 75". The return/replacement process is a nightmare. A private shipping company, which was terrible to deal with, was dispatched to our house to collect the mattress. The first replacement mattress was a California King instead of a twin. Unfortunately, we did not figure this out until it had expanded partially on my child's bed and partially on the floor. When I spoke with someone about the issue, I was told that my child could sleep on the california king on the floor while we awaited the pickup and replacement of the extremely too large mattress. It was a true delight to try and get a fully expanded california king out of the room, down the stairs, and outside for the aforementioned terrible shipping company to come and pick it up. While awaiting the pickup and shipment of the appropriate size model my child was completely blocked out of her room by the mattress and forced to sleep elsewhere. After the third and final mattress arrived we set it up and let it sit for longer than the 3 recommended days. It is still just 12" high and 70" long. It does not come anywhere near filling the cover and no sheets will ever fit it. It will be going back. Both of my adult children have had great success with other Sams mattress models, but do not get this one.

This is the 2nd time I have ordered a members mark twin xl mattress from Sam’s. The first time it was the 12” and this time it’s the 14”. Both times I received a mattress that was twin size not twin xl, contrary to what the box was marked as. I returned the 12” and now I will be returning this 14”. You cannot use a twin size comfortably on an adjustable split king bed or frame. It’s awful having the pillows falling behind the top of mattress all night. This mattress also has very little foam thickness on the springs, it’s only 4” thick on a 14” thick mattress. The mattress doesn’t even expand larger than 13”. I have enclosed photos of this. It’s so bad that the mattress cover is huge compared to the mattress. I enclosed photos of the length measurements along the top of the mattress and along the bottom of the mattress. Customer service states that the length is +-1” well this is 74” on the top and 77” on the spring side. I have 3” of space between the headboard and mattress with the bed set to flat and you can see in the photos that’s with the spring side up which is the longer of the sides, so compared to my husband’s side which is a foam mattress it’s a big difference. I don’t know what the other sizes of this mattress are like but the twin xl is awful. The springs are felt as the night goes on which I say is because of the lack of foam. This 14” also has less coils then then the 12” according to the product information for both mattresses. Save your money folks, this is not the bargain it seems.

Purchased the "firm" version of this mattress a couple of weeks ago. Slept on it for 5 days now. Very comfortable, and the cooling top is great! "Firm" = support and a little give. Definitely not a hard mattress. No harsh smells were noticeable when the mattress was unwrapped. The box was a little beat up but the mattress was not affected. I would purchase again. Melissa H.

I would not recommend this mattress. It was shipped in oblong box torn and tossed. No label of top or bottom of mattress all wrapped in an abundance of thick tight plastic. Very heavy oblong cardboard box and rolled so much it was giving away and becoming rounded. Very difficult for 3 people to pick up and move. FEDX had difficulty also. The mattress has NO springs in the side edges of the mattress where you would sit on the side of the bed. If it does you cannot feel them and they do not support you. There are coils and springs in bottom of mattress where your footboard is at. These coils and springs are lumpy bowed out and hard bowed buldged on the side of the cloth of mattress. The mattress itself took much work to get it open out and placed on the bed. It smells like high amount of paint or chemicals has been poured into the room where it on the bed at. This is day 2 and the smell with a fan on and the windows open is overwhelming and cannot be good for you at all. This mattress soft touch and the material top covers are beautiful. The material and the quality of this mattress is wasted money. I would never recommend it to anyone. The struggle of it all and the quality that you paid for is NOT worth it. I am very disappointed and referred others to be members of Sams. This mattress is not Sams Members quality at all. To send back or take back this mattress is out of the question. I would have to buy box and No Way you can roll this mattress back up. Get 3 or more men to get it out of my home and then carry in what a trailer back to the store or Van. Very disappointed to say the least. Home smell is not worth your time for this mattress either. I will never buy another rolled up mattress in a box.

Ordered the "medium" version first. We are going to return it and exchange for the plush. My wife is a side sleeper, and I am a back sleeper. So, we're trying to find the "middle ground" where we're both comfortable. I will update this review (or post a second review) once we get the Plush version in. That said, the bed is comfortable and seems to be well made. We've been on it about a month now, and while we do like it, the medium is just too firm. We're 5'7"/5'10", and ~130-170 lbs. Hoping the Plush version is softer. That said, I called Sam's club service number. They are having someone come pick up the mattress. This is great customer service. In the meantime, I have ordered the plush. I'm hoping for the best, but also I am purchasing confidently because of the great customer service I just received.
