Don't waste your time on this mattress. We had two more delivered after the first one was faulty, the first replacement mattress being both the wrong size and the wrong model. Turns out both the first and the third were faulty. Neither expanded to the full 14" height after more than a week of inflate time, both were 70" instead of 75". The return/replacement process is a nightmare. A private shipping company, which was terrible to deal with, was dispatched to our house to collect the mattress. The first replacement mattress was a California King instead of a twin. Unfortunately, we did not figure this out until it had expanded partially on my child's bed and partially on the floor. When I spoke with someone about the issue, I was told that my child could sleep on the california king on the floor while we awaited the pickup and replacement of the extremely too large mattress. It was a true delight to try and get a fully expanded california king out of the room, down the stairs, and outside for the aforementioned terrible shipping company to come and pick it up. While awaiting the pickup and shipment of the appropriate size model my child was completely blocked out of her room by the mattress and forced to sleep elsewhere. After the third and final mattress arrived we set it up and let it sit for longer than the 3 recommended days. It is still just 12" high and 70" long. It does not come anywhere near filling the cover and no sheets will ever fit it. It will be going back. Both of my adult children have had great success with other Sams mattress models, but do not get this one.

It came shipped in a box and wrapped up. It has instructions to unwrap and must set for 72 hours to fully inflate up. Once we got this situated, you get a great size mattress. Cooling fabric, handles on the size and zipped enclosure so you can wash. We enjoy the comfort of this mattress. My daughter insists its her favorite comfy bed.

After getting 3 defective Nectar Premium mattresses in a row, I decided to give up on Nectar. I took a chance on this mattress from Sam's. I purchased a Medium and couldn't be happier with it. I would say it's actually firmer that the Nectar Premium. I have a bad back, hips and knees. I am now able to enjoy pain-free sleep!

This mattress was delivered in a beat up box but the product was still tightly rolled and unaffected by the box abuse. It was extremely heavy and definitely needed 2 people to pull it out of the box and unwrap it in place. Upon removing the 2 layers of wrap, the mattress instantly inflated. The instructions say it could take 72 hours. While i did sleep on it that first night, i think that it got a little more comfortable the 2nd and 3rd nights. The mattress itself is quite comfortable. Very soft, but still somewhat firm. My biggest complaint is that the mattress is soooo slippery the sheets won't stay on! I have deep pocket sheets and every time I move slightly, the sheet bunches up and pops off the corner of the mattress. I tried putting a mattress protector in between the mattress and sheet. That only resulted in the mattress and the protector bunching up and popping off the corner! I hype to find a solution but in the meantime, it's quite frustrating.

After that initial period, the mattress really shines. It feels plush yet supportive, and the thickness adds an extra layer of comfort that makes a difference. Overall, if you're willing to give it a couple of days to settle, this mattress delivers a comfortable and supportive sleeping experience.

Thos mattress is great! I chose the hybrid because I've been sleeping on a memory foam mattress for a few years and it's starting to wear out. This one has memory foam and springs ans can be used with several types of bed frames ( I have a platform bed). It's pretty thick so i believe any sleeping style could find a good spot. You don't necessarily need a boxspring like a regular mattress so that saves you some money. Also, be ready for a 2 person lift.. it weighs over 100lbs!!!

I think the mattress a good value overall. It feels slightly softer than expected for a medium, but still offers solid support once you're settled in—comfortable without feeling too plush. I alr3ady havw a hybrid mattress but the zip-off top is a great feature and makes cleaning much easier than most mattresses. Setup was simple, though it's heavy, so it helps to have another person when moving it. 72 hours to fully expand is recommended. There was no chemical smell after opening, even though the packaging mentioned it.

This mattress is AMAZING! It is medium firm and I was a little skeptical at first because I typically only buy firm. It was easy to unfold. I loved it came wrapped twice with plastic so it doesn't just fly open as soon as you start to unpack it. The mattress is plush and you would think you are going to sink in but when you lay on it, it hugs your body. It provides so much support and is extremely comfortable. This is an absolute must buy. It is definitely a 10/10

Best nights sleep i have had in such a long time. This mattress is plush, so comfortable, its perfect for me. Its thick perfect firmness for my confront level. Its high which is great. I don't like thin mattresses. Great quality. Its expands very fast and adjust. This is an awesome matress. Its memory foam 5". Its great for my back. It has cooling technology. Its just amazing. We love it.

Was starting to experience hip pain with my old mattress. As a side sleeper I was having to change positions every hour or so. This mattress had a decent rating from Consumer Reports so I decided to give it a try. So far I'm pretty happy with it. My hip pain, though not completely gone, has subsided. I thought about getting the Plush version but the Medium version (which the store had in stock) has been just fine. I hauled it upstairs by myself but be aware this thing is heavy (100+ lbs). And if you don't like it you can return it - but you have to get it back to the store on your own (no pickup). FYI - I'm 6 ft and 195 for reference.
