why on Earth would you put a very silky cover on a mattress the sheets just want to slide off every time you move the sheets slide with you because the cover of the mattress is so slippery

Just received our queen mattress yesterday and slept on it last night. We have the medium for firmness. I'd describe ours as more as medium-to firm. Great night's sleep - very comfortable and well made. We're happy with this purchase

I ordered this mattress TWICE and it was never delivered. Some of the excuses were that it was too hot to deliver, our address doesn't exist, shipment was damaged in transit, etc.

This mattress is wonderful!! First good night of sleep in months. We both woke up rested with no back or knee pain. Should have gotten this a long time ago. Came well packaged. If you need to get some excellent sleep. You have to try this mattress - you will not be disappointed.

Wow! I was super worried about purchasing a bed online without trying it out. I have to say this is a great bed. we bought the firm version and it is perfect. It has all the features of a bed 30-40% more expensive. The firm bed is perfect for me (side sleeper, 200lbs, 6'5) The part that really sold me is Sam's return policy. They let you return at any time with no restrictions. I didn't return the bed because it was perfect, but I felt sure with my purchase!

Wife and I bought the Medium version of this in store. This mattress feels like a plush and you sink in pretty deep while sitting. It is comfy while laying but a little to soft for us. We ended up ordering the Firm version online the next day. Will be returingin the Medium version once the other comes. Hopefully the Firm will serve us better.

Liked the price slept great for 2 days. The the pain started gradually getting worse 6 weeks in rib pain lower back pain so bad 2 trips to doctor for exrays chiropractor many times. Could be I'm older or wrong firmness or just not for me. Its weird seems soft and hard make it make sense. None the less its going back never hurt this bad on cheap spring matresses maybe my body is like dude you waited to long ive slept on some pretty rough stuff but never had rib pain like this my god never anther hybrid ugh.

Overall the mattress is nice and comfortable, however it is not a true king size mattress. The specs on the website list it as being 76x80, but it is only 77" long. When I put it in the bed frame I noticed a large gap at each end compared to our old mattress. My feet hang off the end. I guess that's how they offer the Sam's discount by removing 3 inches from every mattress.

I researched for over a month before purchasing. BEST PURCHASE EVER! I was waking several times a night hurting in my hips and lower back on my Temperpedic mattress. From night one on this Members Mark hybrid, I did not wake up once hurting. I even slept an extra two hours! This purchase is well worth the money.

This mattress killed my back. Was way too soft (I ordered the medium) and had to return before having it a week. The online return process has been a nightmare! It took 3 weeks for someone to pick it up and they said it will be another 2 weeks before I may possibly see my refund. I will never buy another large item online from Sam's Club again.
